Me and my husband and babys went to buy a car we paid ***** dollars for a car downpayment as we was driving home the car started smoking and broke down we called the company to help us they refused they left us on side of the road with babys in the cold. The *** said he could not help us. Two days later the car still on side of freeway so drive casa goes and gets it and now everytime we call they hang up on us. We bought this truck August 28, 2019 ever since we bought this truck this place of Business **** Casa has been harassing us every date insisting that we dont have insurance and trying to charge us 85 or $89 more than what the truck note is When I tell you this has become a harassment theyve harassed us for the last four years. I dont know what else to do so reaching out for some help. I can prove that weve never had a lapse and insurance we had GEICO for five years. I have recently switched my insurance to farmers insurance.They are insisting again that we do not have insurance. The phone calls that they call us every single day at least 10 times a day. Its pure harassment. I really need some help. I have proof that our insurance has never left.Business Response

After paying off my debt with this business, I went to the location they sent me to to have the GPS/kill switch removed from the ********** was removed on the 14th and I was given a receipt of the removal and I went home.I have BRAVO ACCEPTANCE employees now, Im assuming this agency collects money on DRIVE CASA accounts, calling me in a harassing manner to inform me that I owe more money and if I dont pay it they will continue reporting it to the ************** seeing as how they no longer have the option to just turn off the vehicle.I need it to be made known to the Better Business Bureau, that this is how Drive Casa and their collection agency Bravo Acceptance do business. No one is ever done with them after a purchase! I asked one of the harassing collection agents of Bravo Acceptance, why am I supposed to believe him, while he is telling me that I shouldnt have believed his co-worker on the issue of my account being fulfilled? I caught him up in his words, as eventually he admitted that whatever money they claim I still owe should have been quoted by the other agent when I made my payoff request in December. I asked him to email me documentation on what I still owe because a number of people at both businesses, Drive Casa and Bravo Acceptance reported my account Paid In Full. Thats why their device was removed at their location. Ive yet to receive any such email but I do see an outstanding amount being reported against me with the Bureau. Im seeking advocacy and advice on how to handle this problem.Initial Complaint

I woke up to make my bi weekly payment of $317.15 on January 18th 2025, same amount Ive been paying for well over the past year. I noticed that without any kind of notice or communication the integrity of my contract was broken and my payment has been suddenly increased to $326.38 and a newly added debit card fee of $4.99.Initial Complaint

I paid off my car in full in 2023 and the title of the car still shows Drive Casa as the lien holder. I need a clear title or a lien release and cannot get anyone to contact me. I have called every day and just keep getting transferred to *** for making a payment or phone numbers that do not have answering machines or to departments that say they cannot help me.Initial Complaint

I had a change in pay dates due to a new job 09/04/2024. Turned all the paperwork in on 09/13/2024. The change was never made and I am occurring late charges because I pay based on my pay dates. Fast forward to Jan.2025, I requested to speak to a supervisor and was told no they will just repo the car. Someone called me claimed they were from corporate by the name of ****. We went through all the payments and she can see where the paperwork was turned in and they dropped the ball. Told me to pay 3xx.** dollars and she would fix the billing issue. Now we are the second week in January and it still is not fixed. So now I owe for payments that I should not even be paying for. I get paid on the 1st and 15th. They are making my payments every 2 weeks so they are getting extra money. I requesting another supervisor and ****** **** up in my face saying they will repo the car. Now mind you I have had the car over 2 years. Every time ****** calls and she don't get a payment she hangs up in my face. When you call in and they don't get a payment they hang up in your face. If my account had been fixed from September my car not would not be behind. This place is a joke. I owe 5000 probably less without the fees and interest. They are really full of c***Initial Complaint

I purchased my car on December 6 from Drive Casa in ****. I put $1300 down gave them the binder from **********. Five days later I received the declaration page which was required from them and I emailed it to my sales person when I called Bravo Acceptance who is the financer they refuse to give me an email address to mail the binder to them but did tell me they received it from the sales office. I made one payment on December 24 on December 25. They shut my car off because they said I owed for the **** their insurance, I called them. They said they did receive the declaration page and that wanted me to pay the *** as well and I said no Im not going to pay that I already have insurance. He told me That they only have one guy reviewing the insurance documents, the declaration pages and that hes behind. On January 3, I made a second payment of $238. Again they asked me to pay the *** because they had not had a chance to review the declaration page. I have called them multiple times and every time I am told that they send an email to the insurance and ask them to take that off. Ive received three text messages telling me to make my payment, which is already been made, They are shutting my car off and I was trapped at 11:30 at night in the freezing cold on the weekend and theres no one to contact and they just dont care. This is a terrible company to do business with this is completely unacceptable. I called back and gave them the direct phone number to my insurance agent State Farm in ****, *****, and he didnt want to pass that information on to this person who verifies the insurance, but I insisted that he do it his name is ******. He did it and said hed send another email to them. Ive asked to speak with supervisors. They refuse to let me just saying theres no one available and theyll call you back. No one ever calls me back. I want a supervisor or a management person to call me and explain to me why its been a month since theyve reviewed the insurance.Initial Complaint

i paid my car off on 10/23/2024 since then i have been getting the run around saying they can only send a message to that department and when i call back they say they haven't gotten any response and that they will send another message. i have offered to travel back to ***** to get it and they say we dont know what building its in since i am calling collections. i then stated then what department do i need to speak with and they say they can only send a message. this is frustrating due to my car being unregistered and without that information i cant proceed.Initial Complaint

One the manager at drive casa had me ******* ***** to change the address on my declaration page on my insurance back in November which I pay full coverage and I did they turned around want to pay their insurance. From the month of November and December they been having my insurance every since August 31 2024
