We paid 500 deposit for car transport 11/23. Pick up time 12-1. Nobody arrived so 2 hours after window and several attempts to talk to someone they advise driver had expired license and they would send someone that day to pick up vehicle. Advised them we have to leave that day for Arizona for job commitment. 24 hours later they respond they may have a new driver and we advised we had already started driving truck as we had a deadline. Requested refund for service not provided and they denied returning money due to "cancellation" on our side. It was not cancelled, service was not provided as promised.Initial Complaint

This company is a SCAM. I reached out to them to set up my vehicle to be shipped for our military move. We spoke with Jeff and he provided us a great price and stated he already had a driver for us for pick up the following day. Next step was to pay the 200$ "loading fee" so we proceeded to pay the fee through pay pal. After he received the money Jeff had the nerve to ask me to send him another 25$. I asked if that was another fee and he said no it was just for him. After finding out he did not have a driver for us we asked for our money back and he denied. Come the day the vehicle was supposed to be picked up no one every showed to get our vehicle. In their "contract" it's states money back if driver never shows or if they cannot provide service as promised. Tired to reach out again for money back and he denied again and asked for more time. Since this is a military move we don't have more time. Did more research and found out this convoy has done this to many many many other people. Thanh need to be shut down!!!!!!! I want to bring to your attention a most recent disappointing, unprofessional, unethical and most frustrating bait & switch experience I had with this company- Auto Transport Expert and specifically, Cliff ****. Here are the "FACTS": I contacted this co. on Sat Nov 12th as well as a few other carriers at the same time to obtain pricing in connection with the requirement to transport my new car ( 2023 BMW X4 M) from my BMW dealership in Flemington, NJ ***** to my home in Naples, FL *****. I was initially quoted $875 by Cliff **** to pickup and transport the vehicle today Weds afternoon November 16th. His quote was for an open trailer and I corrected him to understand an enclosed trailer was required. As a result, he quoted me $1050. Sunday morning Nov 13th I reconfirmed the $1050 for an enclosed carrier w/ Cliff, provided him at 10:14 AM EST with the correct pickup drop-off info and my specific model vehicle. I was instructed to pay a $150 deposit which I paid by Zelle ( as instructed by Cliff to a strange company, Quantum Medical Solutions at ************ ??) and the balance of $900 to be paid upon delivery. I subsequently supplied Cliff with a copy of the Zelle confirmed payment from my company account, ***** *********, LLC., signed your shippers agreement and was pleased to have finalized all arrangements. Basically, I did everything I was instructed to do by Cliff to finalize the transaction which I believed to be completed at that time. On Monday, Nov 14th beginning at 3:59pm EST in the interest of simply reconfirming the pick up time on Weds to see that everything would proceed smoothly, throughout the day into the evening I reached out to Cliff in multiple communications by phone, text and email and did not receive any response at all from Cliff and began to question his reliability and his seeing to it the arrangements were reconfirmed as planned. I subsequently called your office directly and spoke with Mark who found my order # ********, confirmed the enclosed carrier pick up details noted on the order for Nov 16th as well as the price on the order. At 10:14pm that evening Cliff texted me he would be at his desk the following morning at 11am and would "help me", but he did not stipulate he was reconfirming anything which gave rise to my starting to have serious concerns about his intentions & reliability. Because I was now concerned about the reliability of these arrangements taking place as ordered, I advised Cliff I must hear back from him no later than 1pm EST on Tuesday Nov 15th. When I finally heard from Cliff, he indicated his driver cancelled on him because I had been in contact with other companies about this transport which was initiated at the same time I also contacted your company to get pricing. This is crazy !! We had a firm order w/ your company and paid the deposit so why should there be any question at all about our intentions when frankly I thought our order was finalized since Sunday! How can we be "wasting the driver's time" when we already had a firm order and deposit paid for this driver to transport the car????? At that point, of course my confidence in Cliff and your company was seriously eroded and it became obvious you were not planning to fulfill this transaction as finalized with you. So of course, I had no choice but to reach out to some of the initial carriers who quoted at the same time you quoted on Sunday Not 13th to be certain my pickup & delivery would happen as planned. At that point, Cliff indicated his NEW price is now $1650 which was unacceptable and I simply told Cliff to return my deposit and I could no longer work with someone as unreliable and credible as he. Cliff's actions and lack of responsive communication and reliability left me no other choice then to select another enclosed carrier who I could depend on and the need to finalize a new order that would be implemented as planned. He was advised accordingly that I made subsequent arrangements to protect my interests in making this pickup happen as planned at a lower price than he was now quoting and instructed him to refund my deposit accordingly. Please see to it this $150 refund is processed and confirm to me in what form and when it will be received.Initial Complaint

On October 18 and 19, I discussed with a member to have my car shipped from Ohio to California. * the car was to be picked up on October 21. * I signed an agreement to be shipped for $800 ($100 payed before pickup, and rest paid at drop off) No one came to pick up the car on the 21st. * I called, messaged, and left a voice message numerous times * No one answers October 24th I get a sudden call from a driver (not a quantum transport solution employee) * still no contact from the initial employee * They told me I would not receive the car until October 31st. * I had to extend my car rental until the 31st (costing me additional $437.15) * I was initially told I will receive my car 4-5 days from the 21st. The car was dropped off on the 31st as promised * However, just before drop off, I was suddenly told to pay $900 in cash at drop off. (Supposed to be $700) I called and messaged Quantum Transport regarding the price on October 31st. * all they told me was the price is $900 very rudely. * I asked for explanation as of why the price increased but was ignored. * I had to pay $900 to the driver I finally got a message back from the initial guy I was contacting that never replied regarding my pickup (Oct.31) * I made a complaint that it was late and I had to pay $200 more. * he promised me a refund in a few days * it's now been over a week and he has not refunded and would not reply to my messages. Overall, I had to pay $637.15 extra due to the delay and an unexplained $200 charge. To this day, I still cannot reach the guy.Initial Complaint

Received a quote for $800 to transfer my car from *******, MA to *******, FL. Paid a deposit of $150.00. Company gave me the run around for 2 weeks and did not come to pick up the car. They then told me it is now $1000. I told them numerous times to cancel and refund the money and they have not even though they agreed over text to pay me my refund back. I called Quantum and spoke with Mike ******** about shipping my car from New York to Texas Sunday, October 30 at 3pm. He specifically said he could ship it at this date and time, in which I agreed and signed a contract. I also paid $100 via Zelle to Mike for the deposit. On Sunday, I didn't hear from Mike. I texted and called, but no answer. I called the office and they reached out to Mike and hours later, Mike reached out and said he couldn't get any drivers for Sunday as it was a family day and proceeded to say he can get me another driver at a higher price the next day. I did not agree with price and told him the price previously given should be honored. He finally said he could do the same price, but hours later texted back and said he couldn't do it at same price and had to charge a higher price because of the area the car was in. My fiancée spoke with him and asked if we had the car at a different location, would that work better for him, he said yes. We had it set to bring our car to a different location to make it better for them, but then the driver called and said that location was not good and cancelled our pickup. When I told Mike and asked for a refund, he kept giving us excuses and said refund would take 10-15 days, so I might as well ship the car. He was very rude and condescending to me, but when speaking with my male fiancée, had a different tone. I requested my refund from him via Zelle and asked Mike to return the refund that way and he refused and keeps trying to get me to ship with them. I need my refund and should be Zelle back to me. There's no reason it should take 10-15 days. Also, there's no reason why Mike and his company keeps denying my request for a refund when they did not fulfill their word. This company is a scam. Please do not allow them to operate anymore. They are supposed to be a trucking company that transports vehicles. They do not actually offer any services, but they do take a $100 deposit from clients and then never pick up their cars. Read other reviews online, you will see. SCAM!Business Response

Horrible experience with this car shipper company I was inquired into shipping my vehicle out from KY to TX ended up with this company because they promised me the lowest rate and on multiple occasions I then asked this so called Daniel C**** that the amount wasn't going to change and he kept on insisting no no no it's will be the 800 dollars I promised you, quick enough to take my $100 dollar deposit but not to find me a truck driver to pick up my vehicle that was supposed to be picked up on sept 13 22 mins you we had been talking since sept 9 as they had a good amount of days to find some someone to pick up the car on time, car wasn't picked up all they did was give me the run around that that had found someone that they hadn't, being a buisness owner my self in the same industry baffles me how one is so quick to take peoples money yet under deliver goods I should of listen to those google reviews but I'm reaching out to the BBB because this is a scam of a company that's being operated as they have denied my 100 dollar deposit refund when they never supplied any service or goods, owner should also be charged for my extra day charges on the vehicle that had to be parked else where due to his faulty employees he has helping him run his buisnessBusiness Response

I contracted this company to transport my vehicle 🚗 from Reno Nv. To Florida at agreed cost of $1250. The representative jack W******s emailed an invoice and confirming the agreement and requested a deposit for $200 and the rest paid once delivered. The agreed pick up date was 07/19/22, when the pickup time came jack W****** call and claimed the driver had breakdown and was going to secure another driver , subsequently I called back spoke with another representative called Keith who informed me that he unable secure a driver for that date even though I had informed them I had a flight ✈ï�� early next morning. He said to grant him a couple of days to secure another driver, I stored the vehicle at my expense hoping they would take care of there end but here we are vehicle has not been shipped. I have tried working with them even after they increased the price to $ 1350. I have called them back left numerous messages no call backs or response. At this point they can refund my money as all good faith attempts to work with them have failed.Business Response
