  I would give this company a zero if it were possible. ***** B**** took my deposit and ran. He was a employee of the company that promised to ship aa vehicle for me from *************, ** to *******, *****. I contacted the office in ******. There was a voice mail that informed me that they could not take a message. You would get better service from someone on the street corner without a drivers license. RUN AWAY! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! SCAMMERS!

  If I could give a ZERO star I would. They are a scam, they will call you 100 times to get the deposit and once they do, you will never hear from them again. Give your money to a homeless person, at least you will feel better.

  Company quoted me a price and then *************** quoted me a higher price .. have not seen the car not sure if it's in ******* ... now car carrier is saying if I don't pay higher price will take to location to there location in ** .... No good phone for quantum transport solutions ... only phone number I have is for car carrier and they want more money to drop car off ...but car carrier was suppose to drop it off they called **** in morning stating they was 30min away from where I was at and can I come help them jump the car .... Is the a scam am I being set up....

  i would give zero if i can they will take your money via cash app zelle vemo then disconnect the phone number they contact you on. your car will not be picked up. mine hasn't for a week. they use fake names also. see my reciew on yelp and google for screenshot. they also work with a mcm truck driver called david to confirm but he will also block you after you pay money.

  We sincerely apologize you order was not processed due to fluctuate in price for diesel fuel increase in price. Please call me or email if you would like to continue to find a driver to ship the vehicle with the original quote or if you like your deposit to be refunded?

  I gave one star because the choice of zero stars was not available. This company had me sign a contract to ship a vehicle from NYC to Memphis, Tennessee by the end of June 2022. I provided my deposit in early June and they assured me the vehicle would timely be picked up at the end of the month. Towards the end of the month, i repeatedly tried to contact the company with no return call, text or email. On the day they were supposed to pick up the vehicle, i had to arrange for another company to transport my car at a rate of over double what was agreed upon with Quantum Transport Solutions. Notwithstanding their negligence and incompetence, Quantum Transport Solutions refused to even refund my deposit. I would highly encourage anyone needing their vehicle transported to pay the extra money and have their vehicle transported by a reputable, honest, competent business. I feel like I was scammed by Quantum Transport Solutions. Very disappointing a business would treat a customer that way.

  They took my $100 deposit. Quoted me $800. The day before they were supposed to pick up my car told me the price was now $1100. I told them I'd like a refund and to cancel. They refused to cancel and refund.

  THIS IS A EXTORTION / SCAM / PONZI SCEME They will take your $100 deposit money & not schedule anything . They will say they have somebody picking up at a certain time & never show up . They use fake names & will not completely block/ Ghost you if you call & ask for answers . Also will use different numbers for the scam ... DO NOT DO TRY THIS AT ALL . ALSO IF YOU USE A CAR SHIPMENT QUOTE & YOU HAVE OTHER OFFERS THEY WILL BS YOU ON SAYING YOU HAVE VIOLATED THE CONTRACT WITH QUANTUM BY TALKING TO OTHER CARRIERS ..

  I was looking online to have a car shipped from Michigan to Texas. A number of companies contacted me for my business. Mr. Roy at Quantum Transport Solutions gave me the best price of 800.00. I was asked to send 100.00 deposit and the rest paid when the car is delivered. I paid the deposit. From then on I was told that they are finding my a driver and they would call when the driver is enroot to pick up my car.
  One day turned into 2 weeks. During this time I was given the run around about them not having a driver yet. After 15 days of waiting, they said that they can't find a driver because the drivers will not pick up the request because the price (800.00) that they quoted was too low so drivers aren't picking up the request. They said that it would not cost me more but I refused the service and asked for my deposit back. I was tired of waiting.
  I was not able to get my deposit back due to the agreement I signed with them.
  
  On the same day I asked for my deposit back, ********** Auto Transport emailed me and asked if I still wanted my car shipped. I accepted the 100.00 loss from Quantum and hired **********. They scheduled a driver, and the driver picked up my car within hours of my request. I did not pay anything until my driver was assigned and contacted me in advance before my car was picked up. My car was loaded and picked up and delivered in 48 hours.
  
  I believe that Quantum Transport Solutions is collecting deposits to make easy money and are not being honest about their practices on finding drivers. All they had to do was be honest and let me know the situation. I realized now that the quote was too low for what drivers require. I'm sure this is done purposely. I didn't mind paying more for good service with ********** Auto Transport.
