      This is a rip off! I paid over $300.00 for a year of coverage on my 2016 **** 150 and can not get any help! Trying to cancel this but all numbers either don't answer or they disconnect me. So frustrating! Will I ever learn???

      My name is ******************** I had an interview 08/06 with two gentlemen in *******,Tx regarding the adjuster role . 1 of the guys was being very obnoxiously rude the whole interview regarding my skill set. He made me feel like my skills didnt matter to him then he proceeded to tell his staff that Im not a good candidate in front of everyone and Im totally fine with that its the embarrassment and awkwardness I felt after leaving the facility. That was the worst interview I have ever had in my life . I never had an interviewer be so rude to me and he embarrassed me as I was leaving telling his members Im not a good candidate in front of everyone. I drove 30mins home feeling very distasteful about the whole situation. I just never experienced anything like that before going to a job interview

      My dad purchased a plan in November 2023, we took his car to ***** to have it repaired almost weeks ago and everything has been telling me that they ae waiting to speak with ***** about repairing my father car, ***** has informed me that they have never received a call and having been trying to contact Everything breaks to get an update. It has been a big issue on not getting a direct answer, I have asked for a supervisor to call me for over 3weeks now.

      I must say that the rep from the company did an amazing job . ..he had given me my active member # before even going to check my email because I really thought I was scammed but everything played out so I had to leave this remarkable review way to go Geno .. great job ????

      My car has been in the shop to get the A/C fixed since July 19 (Today is July 31). After 2 days of trying to get in touch with someone, my mechanic said they were no longer going to reach out to EverythingBreaks and we had to figure it out on our own because it was taking too much time. I have spent more than 7 hours on hold and while I eventually was able to reach someone in claims and patch them into my mechanic shop, they had to send an inspector out - which took additional 2 days, and then the company never got back with the shop on what was approved or not. After an additional 2 hours of hold time, they still only gave partial approval and needed additional pictures from my mechanic. Now, 4 days later they still have not responded and I am without my vehicle. After 2 hours and *********************************************** out, I am beyond frustrated. As a mom of 5, renting a vehicle that fits my family is not financially reasonable and their coverage for rental vehicles does not cover the cost of an equal size vehicle and only covers based on the hours of work to be done. It does not account for any delay due to their poor communication. Hoping this gets resolved ASAP and I am willing to change my review, but as it stands now, I am highly displeased.

      I will not even give it 1 star! I took my F-150 in for AC problems and an oil leak. I have the Enhanced Powertrain level. The company has been contacted several times by the facility, I have contacted the company several times. It has been 3 weeks and the company has tried to contact the service facility 1 time after they were closed. They have never even tried to contact me. I am now going to be charged for a rental that should have been covered by the Enhanced Powertrain agreement and my F-150 still has not been fixed. I pay good money for protection and it is now costing me money. This company now seems to be a scam and nothing more. The only reason I gave a 1 star is because I couldn't submit this without it!!!

      The conned my elderly grandmother into purchasing coverage for a vehicle that would obviously not be covered by any portion of their enhanced powertrain coverage. They target the elderly and others vulnerable to such tactics, shameful to say the least.
