Wish I could pick ZERO Stars - We are also an automotive repair facility that has used them. They were great through the approval process but not great through the payment process. I have been waiting since the 11/7/2024 for payment and each time I call they say it has not been selected for payout yet. Also they are sorry because they have been so busy and just have not been able to get caught up yet. DEFINITELY FEELS LIKE I AM GETTING SCAMMED. We no longer will be accepting this extended warranty for any services forward.Everything Breaks

We truly regret the experience you've had and want to sincerely apologize for the delay in your payment. After a thorough internal review, we discovered that this issue was the result of a company-wide restructuring and a miscommunication during our recent office move. While this does not excuse the delay, it is the reality were working through, and we take full responsibility.
Unfortunately, the claim in question was mistakenly marked as paid by a customer service representative, which prevented it from being properly processed by our payments department. Weve since corrected this and our payments team will be reaching out directly today to ensure this is resolved.
We appreciate your patience and understand your frustration. Were working hard to improve our internal processes and communication so that this does not happen again. Thank you for previously working with us, and again, we are very sorry for the inconvenience caused.

I am a dealership, and this is the worst Ext Warranty you could possibly get. We have been waiting for days for the payment. When I call in to speak with management I'm told they don't take call they only make them which is a lie because I have not received a requested call back as of yet. What BS. WE AS A DEALER WILL NOT ALLOW THIS EXT WARRANTY IN OUR SHOP AGAIN. and if i was a consumer looking for an Ext warranty, I would look else were.Everything Breaks

We take all feedback seriously; however, we are unable to identify any record under the name or email associated with this review. No contract number, VIN, or repair order was provided, making it impossible to investigate the situation further.
Our company works with numerous reputable repair facilities nationwide, and we pride ourselves on timely communication and payment once all required documentation is received. Additionally, our management team does return calls and works directly with shops when needed, so the claim that calls are not returned is inconsistent with our procedures.
If this is a legitimate concern, we are confident it can be resolved promptly once proper details are submitted. As of now, we have no verifiable connection to the claim being made.

I would leave a 0 however it is not an option. I am a auto repair center that has an approved claim that this warranty has not paid. It has been since 09/04/2024. I have called multiple times to have a call center person tell me they cannot transfer me to a manager, they only do call backs. My response to that is they DO NOT. I have left my cell multiple times to collect payment. NOBODY responds.Everything Breaks

Everything Breaks? More like everythings brokenespecially their customer service. This company makes ********* look like luxury concierge service. HOURS on hold just to get lied to, transferred around, and finally hung up on like theyre doing me a favor. The reps are rude, clueless, and clearly trained to stall and frustrate you into giving up. This is a full-blown scam operation. They will waste your time, steal your money, and leave you with nothing but regret. RUN.Everything Breaks

I was nervous after reading the bad reviews, but I gave Everything Breaks a shot since I had their top plan. My car broke down on a trip, and they sent a tow truck in 45 minutes. The shop called them, and after finding out I needed a new transmission, they got it handled. I had my car back in 8 days and only paid $100. They saved me almost $3,500. So far, its been a great experience!Everything Breaks

I was told I had only to paid 100 deductible and they lied I paid more than ************************************************** to explaining totally different of what they pay which makes more than 10p deductible for me to pay They want refund my monthly premium also. So watch outEverything Breaks

After reviewing your claim filed on 03/12/2024, wed like to provide some clarity. Your vehicle was towed in due to a no-start issue, and multiple issues were diagnosed, including:
- Internal failure of the starter (covered)
- Valve cover gasket leak (non-covered)
- Worn lower control arm bushings (non-covered)
- Rear axle seals leaking (non-covered)Our records show that your claim was approved and paid in full on 03/17/2025 for the eligible componentthe starteras outlined in your coverage. As per your contract, your responsibility was the $100 deductible toward that covered repair. Any additional costs were for non-covered repairs.
Additionally, we noticed that you requested to cancel your contract on 03/27/2025, shortly after we fulfilled our part by covering the eligible repair.
