Now *************************. I was having hard start issues with my 2009 ****** Corolla. Another ****** dealership in ******** had replaced a Starter then fuel pump (for same problems)I now live in the Grayson county. ***** miles later I was experiencing the same problems, hard starting and accelerating power problems. So I took my car to the ************************* where Mr. ***** the service gentleman assisted me. ***** a few days later called me and said you have a bad fuel pump. itll be under warranty. ***** called me back AFTER the job was done a week later and said the part was aftermarket and we cant warranty that. So the total price will be $1,400.00 (even though it was done at a ****** dealership previously) I got the car home and two days later I was having the same issue. I took it back to the dealership and 4 days later said my spark plugs were bad. So I had those replaced elsewhere for $250. Got the car back and the same day I was having those issues. I had another shop do a fuel pressure test and they said my fuel pump was bad so I took it back to platinum ****** dealership and a week later, I got a call from ***** stating they replaced an intake valve cover gasket and a PCV valve WITHOUT MY CONSENT!!! He stated my fuel pump was good. When I asked why he didnt call me to get my consent he said we are chasing the rabbit and havent found the issue yet I got a hold of ****** headquarters and since I did that I got a call from ***** and he said come pick up your car? We dont want to do business with you. Our phones are being blown up by headquarters. If you had an issue you couldve just came to us. So I picked my car up I took my car to a mechanic. They replaced the fuel pump because that was their findings. AND THE ISSUE IS RESOLVED. He stated the fuel pump we took out was an aftermarket part and it didnt look like it was replaced a month ago. I HAVE PROOF OF ALL THIS AND HAVE THE **** PUMP PLATINUM PUT IN MY CAR FOR PROOF!
