            I had lived at formerly known Coronado Oaks Apartments, now called Aspire Apartments for years. Rarely ever did maintenance requests get answered, they provided me the incorrect move in date, and now they are billing me for damages that were requested to be fixed and never got fixed. The bill is for $965 which includes an overpriced cleaning service. Ex: $70 to wipe down a kitchen countertop. These apartments have always had issues with not only foundation, but the staff doesn't do their job. Now they refuse to reason with me over the bill and are ignoring emails with questions I have. Lori (assistant manager) threw a fit at me today (7/27/22) and told me to leave because she didn't want to discuss the bill. She is the main issue with the management team. If a company is threatening to ruin my credit but won't justify the bill they sent, while also refusing to speak to me, I'd think that's illegal. This apartment complex needs to be shut down.

We always try to make our resident's experience 5-stars, and we're sad that you did not leave Aspire with that impression. While we cannot account for the entirety of your tenure at Aspire, we have been in communication with you about the issues you raised; both before and after move-out, and we have done our best to rectify or at the very least explain the issues cited from our side. This includes amending your move-out reconciliation by over $500. We understand this occurred after you provided this feedback, but we sincerely hope that it has changed your mind about us and how we manage Aspire. Everyone on our team is doing their best to improve our resident's quality of life since taking over at Aspire, and we are sorry if we fell short in any capacity during your lease. We appreciate your feedback and assure you your comments about our team and our business practices are taken seriously. Thank you.
