Do not bring your car to the shop! They will find away to destroy your car in ways you can't imagine. You go in with one problem and come out with three more. I'm exhausted with dealing with them and the owner will not face his problems or address any is***s! This is beyond frustrating and ridiculous! I need an attorney to *** them! Customer came to our establishment on 06/14/2023 with complaints about her door panel being loose.Customer claimed that this is from a window regulator (driver front door) that we installed 05/02/2022.Customer returned 05/24/2022 due to the regulator stopped working we replaced under warranty, no cost to the customer. Customer returned 06/08/2022 with the same issue. The driver window stopped working again, at this time we replaced the regulator with a different vendor brand at no cost to the customer.With the new regulator we tested the operation multiple times and found everything to work as it should.The testing was done with the driver door panel off.The customer's daughter returned with the car on 06/02/2023 (almost a year later) stating the window stopped working again. We sent one of our techs outside to drive the vehicle to the glass bay. The tech returned to the office before moving the vehicle immediately to inform management that the door panel and door handle are very loose. Management spoke to the daughter about the issue. After informing the customer we pulled the vehicle around to install a regulator at no cost to the customer. This time management and lead auto mechanic was involved due to not understanding why this is continuing to happen. The mechanic left the door panel on and used a video scope to look in the door during the operation of the window and found the issue. The interior door handle bracket and molding of the door panel due to the condition of the door are moving and binding causing these issues. These issues are known with this style of vehicle. If the window is rolled down past the handle, the panel and handle mounts move and cause the window regulator grommets to break from tension causing it to bind.We spoke to the customer and explained this in detail to her. We also tried to glue the door panel to get her by as a temporary fix. Explained to her not to roll the window all the way down and the window would be fine.When the customer came in (06/08/2023) upset and threatening us with activist, lawyers, and calling us very nasty words in front of our customers, we tried to meet her halfway with the issues. So, we offered to help her again by suggesting, if she can find the panels we would replace them at no charge to her (cover the labor). This only made her more upset and at this time decided to blow up over mechanical (engine related) issues from work we performed on said vehicle from a year ago.We replaced her engine 07/21/2022 (used not new customer requested) due to complete engine failure on the original engine in her car (we never worked on this car previous to 07/21/2022). The only history we had before on said car were for tires, no engine work, or regular maintenance. Customer applied for financing with ** and was not approved for enough to fix other issues with said vehicle. This vehicle, in a professional opinion, is and was not in very good shape at all. We have tried to help so many times. The vehicle is 17 years old with over ****** miles on it. We also pulled up ****** Blue book, Cargurus,Vehiclehistory.com, *********.com to show her all the complaints for the exact issues she is having.Interior issues, Door handles, Water pump, Crank case, Oil burning, Oil leaks etc. have been reported by the thousands. She was not happy and decided to yell, cuss more and tell us that the passenger door is doing the same thing now and it is our fault. As She left screaming we screwed her whole car up (vulgar language in between those words. We have never worked on that door.
