      I paid $49.99 on February 23, 2023 for a prescription refill. This company promised a 4-hour turnaround. It's now February 25, and I haven't heard anything from this company nor have I received a prescription from them. I tried reaching out to them via email but nobody has responded. I've already gone elsewhere for my prescription, so I would like a refund.

I accept the refund of the service fee. I still do not recommend this company as nobody reached out to let me know there was information missing, but this case is resolved regardless.

      We spoke with the consumer and the consumer's pharmacy. The prescription had been ready for pick up for 3 days but the consumer didn't come to pick it up. We have cancelled the prescription and issued a courtesy refund.

      After i paid for services, I was told that prescription would be sent to pharmacy. After multiple phone calls and emails, nothing has been done. I never received any services and would like my money back

      This consumer completed two consultation requests with two different telehealth providers in hopes of receiving two prescriptions for the same condition. The pharmacy will not release the second prescription for 4 more days as the consumer needs to wait at least a week. However, we have contacted and canceled the prescription we prescribed and have issued a refund. Here is the consumer's pharmacy info to verify **********. Also, refund receipt attached.

      I contacted this provider in hopes of receiving treatment. Since this provider took 3 days to enter my prescription, I went to a different provider and received treatment. I did not ask for the prescription twice, the provider never entered my prescription as promised and took to long. Having an infection is not fun and needed to be treated fast, this provider did not care.

      I used their online system to get a birth control prescription sent to my local pharmacy. After completing the online consultation they took the money from my card immediately *****, I never got my prescription. I checked with the pharmacy and nothing. I called DrAlexa the representatives told Me she can't provide a refund I have to email them so I did. No one got back to me. Customer service couldn't even find my profile she was just on the phone telling me her internet service is poor so it's taking a while to find it. She still hasn't found the profile. They are a scam and they need to be shut down. It seems very legit when signing up because they do ask the right questions but all they want is for you to make that payment and you'll never get that prescription.

      I paid for a online dentist appointment through Dr.Alexa because they are the first site that pops up when you ****** search and i am in major pain so i just went with them but after waiting for the doctor and never receiving one I went to look at reviews and at my horror it looks like i may have been scammed in my time of emergency. This is one of the most disgusting companies to steal money from folks paying what ever little money they have looking for help. Please get the feds involved because this is an all time new low for scammers

      Attached is a copy of the consumer's transaction attempt which shows the transaction declined therefore we were unable to move forward with consultation. No funds were removed from their account. They should follow up with their banking institution to verify.

      Back in December of 2022 I fell ill with strep throat, and rather than going to my PCP, I decided to try a virtual visit so it would be less of a hassle. I submitted my information to the website, uploaded a picture of my throat, and payed the $50 fee to be talked to by one of their physicians. I was told they would get back to me within 4 hours of my submission, but they NEVER contacted me. I've since reached out THREE times asking for a refund since they never provided the service I was promised. I have NEVER received a response and was forced to file a dispute with my bank. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

      I was charged ***** on two cards because I tried to send in an application to have antibiotics filled. I have gotten no consultation from a doctor and no medication. I have called three days in a row trying to get my money back and have gotten no answers. I really need a refund. This whole website is a scam and should be taken down. This website should not be on the top of a ****** search for online prescription help.

      I ordered a medication that I needed and for eight days it was never filled. I ended up getting it filled elsewhere and I have had no proper response in trying to fix my problem. Just brief questions about my problem in an email then no response. I had one person answer the phone one time and basically told me to email and she couldn't help. I paid $60 for a prescription that was never filled at either 2 pharmacies I requested over 6 days. Which if you need a prescription for something, 8 days is way too long. I am pretty sure I got scammed.
