      January 25 2024. $26.74 7 bottles of pre workout and a bottle of protein powder (clearance). I have send them emails and have a few answers.There were not able to provide what carrier was going to delivered packaged.They said package was delivered to my address but I have prove that NEVER I had a package from them.On emails they are only willing to give 50% as a refund.Which I want to get my 100% refund.

      On November 19th, I purchased seven loaded protein. 27 servings, flavors: 4x Fruity Crunch, 2 Blueberry Muffin, 1 JetPuff Marshmellow. This purchase was made through the TikTok shop and took advantage of the **** Supplement Black Friday Sale and the TikTok Shop first-time buyer promotion. The price of the seven supplements before promotions comes out to be $314.93 before tax and $98.09 after tax. On December 20th, I reached out *** to ask why my package had not been delivered and was advised to reach out to RYSE Supplements, the sender, as my package may have been lost in transit. I forwarded the exact message sent to me by *** to RYSE Supplements: "Hi [Customer], The package may have gotten lost in transit as it has not had further updates for more than 24 hours. Investigation updates are directly sent to the sender of the package. You may be able to speak with them for available arrangements while the package is under investigation." I sent no further messages.On December 22nd, RYSE Supplements initiated a refund for the package of $105.17. I did NOT request this refund, but rather it was initiated by the shipper (RYSE Supplements). Later on December 22nd, I was advised by TikTok customer service to request the original promotion offered by **** Supplement for the unrequested refund so that I could repurchase the items with the original black Friday promotional price. After reaching out, I was told by **** that prices and promotions are regulated by Tiktok shop and no additional discounts are available. I contacted Tiktok Shop and was assured by Tiktok that its shop is not in charge of setting the prices and that the black Friday promotion totaling $78.75 was provided by **** with the rest of the $227.79 discount being attributed to the First Time Buyer discount through Tiktok. Because of RYSE supplements canceling my order, I am no longer eligible for the First Time Buyer promotion by ******. And **** refuses to honor their original black Friday sale.

      I ordered 3 items on November 14, 2023 and received an order number and the amount of $120.47 was paid out of my account. I have emailed and called with no response and no tracking number to date.

      I placed an order for two products on their website. I received the email confirmation (order #******), money was charged to my credit card, products never shipped out for delivery. I have contact **** twice through their customer service portal and called, with no response or resolution.

      It was supposed to be a one time order but they put me on monthly shipments and billed me. I emailed and told them to stop. After saying it was pretty much my fault, they said they would. Then, this month another shipment shows up and they billed me again. I tried emailing again but this time it says they rejected my email and it wouldnt go through. I tried calling only to get a message saying the voicemail is not set up so I couldnt leave a message. What can I do???

      I ordered 8 chocolate peanut butter cup loaded protein powders, a logo gym bag, and Ryse lifting straps on 11/28/22. I received an email confirming my order # ******, that same day but nothing else since. It's been 2 weeks, I have reached out multiple times and there has been no other contact about my order, which I still don't know if it has shipped. But the company has already charged and taken the $251.95 out of my payment method of choice.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/12/23) */ Due to our Black Friday Sale we had a high volume of tickets and orders. We sought a resolution for each case as soon as possible. Unfortunately, since this order had 8 × Loaded Protein - Chocolate Peanut Butter the shipment was delayed since we only ship this amount of products to our wholesale accounts. We have refunded the full amount and reached out to explain the situation.

      On 11/29/2022 I placed an order from Ryse Supplements for a total of $102.37. In the order, I ordered the new Pump Daddy Pre-Workout, the Grape Bazooka Loaded Pre-Workout, the Core Series BCAA+EAA, and the two free gifts of the lifting straps and gym bag. The order number was No.XXXXXX. The order was shipped out to me and never arrived. I was given no explanation as to why my order wasn't delivered and when I checked my order status, it said the order had been returned. I have tried contacting Ryse Supplements through email as well as phone calls and have received no response or rectification of the problem. The biggest problem is, I have been charged the $102.37 and haven't received the product. I will either need a refund, or to have my product delivered, but I have not been able to reach anyone at Ryse Supplements.

      Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2022/12/30) */ Due to our Black Friday Sale we had a high volume of tickets and orders. We sought a resolution for each case as soon as possible. This order was placed November 28 and Shipped December 5th to the address provided by the customer. On December 9th USPS notified the order would be delivered back to RYSE due to an error with the address. The customer reached out and based on standard procedure we requested an updated address to reship the package once the order was delivered back to us. The package has not yet been delivered back to our facility. We have proceeded to create a replacement order to ship a new order to our customer to the updated address.

It's been two weeks going onto three and I never received my order.

      I paid 67.45 on October 30 2022 for a protein and a creatine,and it says It was delivered but I didn't get it, I just hope I get a refund and without fee because it's not my fault that this stuff happens,thought it was a good website but once again very disappointing

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/11/22) */ The order was shipped and USPS marked it as delivered November 07, 2022. We received a ticket on November 08, stating the order was not delivered. We followed our standard procedure to inform the customer that there are times tracking shows delivered but it doesn't get dropped off until the next day or so. We informed the customer that if the package was not received within 3 business days to let us know. On November 08 we issued a refund.
