      On July 1st 2022 I made an online purchase to Ryse totaling 81.98. I purchased two protein powders, Cinnamon Toast Crunch and Peanut Butter. They were 30.99 each and the order number was ******. I did not get it so I contacted them and they said I would be getting it anytime, and that it had been shipped. I waited even longer and called again and they told me the same thing, that I should be getting it any day. So after several weeks, around 1 month, my mom decided to contact them, and she actually got through to a lady who said the reason we have not received the product yet is because Cinnamon Toast Crunch is on back order and they are waiting to get that flavor back in stock. The lady apologized and gave my mom a coupon for 10 or 15% off our next order. And she also said we would be getting the product very soon, and that they were expecting more within the week and it would go right out when it comes in. Unfortunately, we never got the product from that order for either flavor and did not get a refund. I did make a second purchase with the 10 or 15 percent coupon they gave me and I did receive both products from that order. It was cookies and cream and peanut butter. We have called Ryse over and over again, day and night, but no one ever answers. We leave message after message but no one has contacted us back. We attempted to send an email to them and they responded that they would look into this and get back to us but we never heard anything after that and would really appreciate getting our refund at this point.

      I ordered a Godzilla Pre-workout powder from the website- Strawberry-Kiwi flavor. When I received my order, they sent a blackberry lemonade flavor. We immediately sent an email to the company, but we have not received a response. We have also tried to call and reach out on social media. This has been going on over a week with no response from the company.

      We ordered protein mix, chocolate peanut butter cup on July 30, 2022. It was delivered to her house August 8 ... my son paid for the product plus shipping... He had to pay for UPS Brokeridge Will you pay so much for product plus shipping, you expect the product to be in good condition but this wasn't When we received the can, it was damaged in the seal was broken in a powder spilled all over the box. It's not safe to consume. It's not safe to consume this at all. Trying to get a hold of the company through email and phone calls, numerous times and no one but he's getting back to us. We see that if you have any questions to please contact them a customer service and they will gladly help you but it seems like there was no customer service... We are being completely ignored. We left a long detailed email on August 9 and left messages. I didn't hear back from anybody so I attempted to send more emails and leave messages on their toll-free number on August 15. Nobody has responded yet. I ended up leaving messages August 17. We need customer service to call me on my cell phone so I can speak to a live human voice so we could get the situation resolved. It's very frustrating when you can't get a hold of customer service he have an issue... This is unresolved as of today.

Occasionally the charges will show as pending and the payments are not released directly to us. When this situation occurs we suggest our customer reach out to their bank and inquire about the transaction.

      I purchased a ryse pre-workout about 3 days ago and just received it today, the lid was open some of the product was spilled outside of it, i looked for a support line and couldn't find anything, so i had to look up a support website and the only one i found wouldn't let me submit a request for an exchange or refund due to possible contamination etc.

      I placed an order for two products, they took my money and still to thus day I can't get a tracking number or am I able to get a call to customer service to get help with a shipping date.

      I ordered over $60 worth of Ryse Supplements products over two weeks ago. My order has not been fulfilled or even shipped. I have tried contacting Ryse both through email and phone and I have still not received a response.

      I have order supplements from this company on July 07, 2022 and have still no status on my order, i don't have a tracking number or any other information on when i will receive my order. I had paid to get it through priority mail. But still have no product. I keep trying to reach out to them via phone and mail but all i get is leave a voice message and we will reach out to you and never do and when i send them an email all i get is an automated message saying you will be assisted shortly and never do.

      So basically on June 10th I got my Loaded Protein Chocolate Cookie Blast. It was disgusting and I paid a good amount of money (It was around 40$) so I saw if they had a return policy and they did. I contacted them they gave me a shipping label and I sent the package out back to Ryse on June 24th. Since then I haven't gotten any money back from my return and I have contacted Ryse a bunch of times and they never respond with a legit answer now its July 15 (around 3 Weeks since I shipped out my return) and still haven't gotten ****. Ryse has terrible customer service so if you do buy something from them hope you like it because if you don't you lost a good amount of money right there. I am really frustrated. My order number was #XXXXXX
