NO POSTED SIGNS IN REFERENCE TO REFUNDS, employee owner admits to selling defective products:I brought this product from this store. I first asked for quality, the store clerk gave me this pin and intentionally pointed out clogging resistance I bought the pin for ***** then had NUMEROUS times as to the pin clogging. I bought the item back to the store for an exchange or refund. I explained the problem to another store clerk, who says yes, thats normalI stated that I asked the other store clerk for quality and this $80 pin is what he sold me stating that it was clogging resistanceThe store clerk then stated thats false advertisement on the part of the maker. I said your selling false advertisement, knowing its false advertisement, he stated anyone who buys a pin knows that they clog.I stated that the store is at fault for selling an item known to falsely advertise its product. The store states that theres no refund. There are no signs posted anywhere.It is my opinion that this store sells defective products with the intent to deceive the customer into the sell. I suggest the city counsel revokes/not renew the permits for this store.The Owner has made a response that is filled with false claims:The product was purchase January 4th, you can look at the product and see that it is still full. The owner failed to acknowledge no signs posted in reference to returns. The owner failed to acknowledge that no receipt states anything about his return policy.Resistance means to oppose so the owner wants to play with words rather than acknowledge that he sold a customer a defective product intentionallyI just dont post anything for attention, I post for buyer beware and now that the owner has spoken, I am now confident that this is a buyer beware store.I still stand on the fact that this store should be shutdown or stop deceptive practices!There a glue like substance that get into your mouth. Please look at owners response.
