Circle K in ******* has done much publicizing of EZpay. Websites direct you to obtain a card from an participating store. Well apparently ******* does not follow that policy as I have attempted to obtain such a card at every Circle K within 10 miles of my home (east ******* very close to the posted address of the Main Office of ******* Circle K) and all have told me the same thing, they have no cards, haven't had any cards in many months, and do not know when if ever they will receive more cards. This deceptive advertising by Circle K of *******. Either they should make the cards available or notify the public that they have discontinued the program, or that the entire promotion was deceptive advertising.Review from Brenda B.

My son in law went to circle k **** ********* *** ** ***** ** ***** to purchase 30 pack of beer 01/28/23 When he reached in cooler door to retrieve beer items unsafely displayed on door fell on to him and crashed to the floor fortunately he only suffered bruising and wet clothes. Store clerk was angry and only concerned for the mess. Store was closed when we arrived. Sign on door said would be back in 10 minutes, no one showed for 10 minutes. Tried calling, no answer. I literally banged on the door and this blonde haired lady finally came out. *** ****** ** *** ****** ** **** ***** *** ***** *** ** *** ****** *** *** ***** ***** *** *** *** *** ******** ********* Lost quite a bit of customers, no apologies when she opened the door. No acknowledgment as everyone entered. Not even friendly as we were making our purchase. Then when asking for lottery tickets she didn’t even listen to what was said to her. A hello or thank you would be nice. This was at the W Yandel location at 7:45 pm. Tried calling the store the next day to complain, still did not answer the phone. I went in to purchase a soda at the **** ******** location and I unfortunately paid in cash as all I had was 20s. The cashier handed me me quarters instead of dollars and said “you can’t pay with 20s here, to get change you go to a bank.” Worst customer service ever from *******.
