      I'm being giving a hard time I paid my monthly by signature the employees I feel are lying to me where the payment must've passed through and are being discriminating against me

      ************** orginally had a membership at this location that was automatically cancelled out by our system in October of 2023 due to multiple months being past due. During the time of this membership there were multiple notes on the account about ************** being very rude towards staff when being asked to check in and when they would try to address his past due balance. In November of 2023 he returned and our club manager assisted him with clearing the past due balance and starting up a new membership. At this point they also reiterated our policies including checking in at each visit and how our billing process works. Again during the time of this membership there were multiple occasions where ************** was not cooperation and being extremely rude when asked to check in our settle a past due balance that hadn't been paid yet. On 2/27/24 the club manager spoke to ************** again about a past due balance on his account and he became extremely rude and starting cursing at her. Due to this behavior it was ultimately decided by upper management to cancel Mr. ****** membership and not allow him to return. He continued to fail to pay his membership each month and was very disrespectful and rude to any and all team members that ever had any interaction with him. He did call the location on 2/29/24 to apologize and ask if he could return and when the team member told him he couldn't return as his membership was cancelled he again started cursing and yelling at the team member over the phone.Unfortunately due to ****************** behavior and continued issue with paying his membership on time his membership has been cancelled and he will not be allowed to rejoin.Thank you

      Do not think that customer service is something pf takes into consideration. ** ******* **** *** ******* ******* ** ******* *** *** ********** ** **** ** *** ******* **** *** ********** Upon joining their facility NEVER give any banking information, this is how they lock you in because by credit card the clients can cancel and utilizing bank account information they have control and it is much more difficult to stop or cancel membership. I am extremely disappointed and upset with their treatment of clients upon cancellation *** **** ** *** * **** *** *** *** *******
