  ************************* owner of the company and his wife ******************************* Kept our deposits and we paid for the base wall in full, he did not finish the job. Left us with destruction of property, broke our shovels, and titles, and left us with tons of garbages outside. Pool is not painted, the base wall is not finished, cement is not done, concrete is not done, artificial grass on both backyard and front yards are not done, hose are broken, pipes are broken, titles are broken, closing of the wall is not done. He simply stopped responding to our texts, workers came in and took their tools and told us he is stealing from his customers and he is being sued by other customers to do the same. Workers said they will not come back because they have not gotten paid in weeks. I have text messages, photos, videos, audios recordings from his workers as proof Amounts are as follows Cement to be reimbursed $433 paid on 4/27/22 Artificial grass to be reimbursed $1,300 paid on 4/29/22 and a second payment of $400 paid on 5/17/22 Base wall that is not finished $1,590 paid on 6/17/22 First deposit $1,950 for the base wall was on April 22nd sent to ************************* his boss at the time.
