            On May 7, 2024 ************************************* (grandmother) & *************************** (granddaughter) hired ***** H3238**3532**343531**H of H33**3638363834313731H came to our home to give us a quote to put a large carport in front of our house and to do landscaping in our back yard, laying down turf, moving a tree from the front yard to the back, laid down concrete that is uneven and also pooling, put and extended cover in our back yard along with having a gate made for in our house by our stairs that is already failing and losing all its paint. Our turf (which is supposed to be pet turf) is very uneven sent him videos and pics of how bad the water was pooling in the middle and he came to "fix" the problem. It is still pooling and you can see all the seams and it is all coming up because it wasn&#**;t tacked down properly. He didn&#**;t get any permits before building and now we are having to go to the city and do all the permitting ourself while also having to hire a structural engineer to come out and look at all his work, we already had a welder come out and look and he said the whole piece was built wrong structurally and will need redone because it wont pass inspection. The welds have holes and I can fit my nails between each weld so it had many weak points. ***** has been contacted multiple times before going this route and we were then blocked and no longer contacted. City said they haven&#**;t heard from him again since the first day he went in to find out what he needed to do to fix this. *** has also stated he hasn&#**;t been back to their office to finish getting anything done for our home. Through out all this process we also supplied materials we had in our home because they didn&#**;t have it on hand and thats another $250 out of pocket. I am unable to upload pictures, but I can email them if needed.
