    On March 23, 2024, I went to Bravo Cadillac to purchase a used vehicle. After test driving the vehicle I decided to move forward with the purchase. The salesman took me to an office and started to ask for information for a credit check; I told him that was not necessary and advised that my husband and had already been pre-approved with a bank. A credit application was not filled out. He later took our information saying it was just for their system I asked if it was to run credit and he assured me it was not. When I was in the financing office, after seeing final numbers I did not feel comfortable with the deal so I informed the finance manager that we were not moving forward. The finance manager said let me see what we can do, he then asked what about trying to finance with ****** said NO he asked if my brother would co-sign I said no there is no need for that we are here with a pre-approval.. He said he know people at our bank we were pre-approved with and he would call. This was at about 7:08pm; he stepped out took a while came back in said bank was closed and he would hear from them Monday. Later we received credit monitoring alerts for credit app with RAIZ. On Monday, I called the salesman, and the sales manager they denied thy did it and disregarded the situation as not a big deal. The finance manager did not take my call. The Finance Director calls me back and is rude berates me, and makes it seem as if the dealership was doing me a favor. I later talk to the ***************** Officer and after a day long investigation he confirms that they have these individuals on video running our credit without our consent after I told them NO. They have not offered a reasonable solution and at this point it seems that they are condoning this behavior at the dealership. They have minimized the severity of the occurrences that took place at their dealership and the fraudulent credit application that were submitted on our behalf by three employees of Bravo Cadillac.

    Car was taken into body shop for repairs. Bravo personal has no communication with me at all. Everytime I call no one is available or no one answers the phone I am going on 4 months waiting on my car when I was first told 1 month. I had to go to shop in person and still received bad customer service. Every time I ask for an update there is a different excuse. Would never recommend anyone to take their vehicle to get repaired here.

I will have *************************** our Bodyshop manager contact you today and get you an update on why the delays. We have been faced with many parts delays and often times that is the issue that holds up repairs but he will get you any information regarding the delay.
