**Review of Reliant Home Management**I am writing this review to share my disappointing experience with Reliant Home Management. As a landlord, I entrusted them with the management of my property, a new home built in 2019. Unfortunately, the service I received has been far from satisfactory.Without seeking my approval, Reliant Home Management charged me for repairs on my rental home, racking up an exorbitant $4,000 in costs. This was particularly surprising and frustrating given that the house is relatively new and shouldn't have required such extensive repairs.The lack of communication and transparency from Reliant Home Management has been appalling. Despite numerous calls and complaints, I have only received partial payment for these unauthorized expenses. I specifically spoke with ***********************, who offered little to no assistance in resolving these issues. Her lack of support and unwillingness to provide a satisfactory explanation or solution has left me extremely dissatisfied.I would strongly caution anyone considering Reliant Home Management to think twice before entrusting them with their property. My experience has been one of poor communication, unauthorized expenses, and inadequate customer service. I hope this review helps other property owners avoid the same issues I have faced. Reliant Home Management needs to significantly improve their transparency, communication, and customer service to regain trust and provide a reliable service.
