    I hire Ask Roofing Solutions to repair the entire roof on my house. The owner, ***********************************, provided me an initial quote but increased it by approximately $2000 when I informed him how much the insurance company had sent me. Additionally, *********, NEVER informed me that he was just a roofing contractor and would be hiring an independent crew to handle the work. Numerous issues with the work crew, like they smoked marijuana through out the time they worked on my roof. I didn't complain because I just wanted them to finish. When they finished the work, ********** did not inform me he did NOT pass inspection! The roof began leaking summer of 2021. I contacted him and he sent someone, local roofer, that said that the roof looked right?! ********** then agreed to do the work but I NEVER heard anything else from him. The roof is about to cave in.

    Customer roof was installed in December of 2019

    Customer contacted me in NOVEMBER of 2021, sated that her roof was leaking. I asked when it started leaking and she stated that it started leaking in MARCH of 2021. I asked why did she not call and let me know about it in MARCH. She stated that she had other things going on. I sent another roofing company to look at it and to see what was happening. I initially told customer that we would take care of the problem until I got the report back. I found  that the customer had A/C installed in the house and  that when the company that installed the A/C do not properly seal the roof where the swamp cooler was removed. Customer was advised about the termination leaking and that she would need to contact the A/C contractor about fixing the leak that we were not responsible for it. She then told my inspector that she was going to be " out for blood". At this point I have not had any contact with the customer.

    It is our position that we are not responsible for the leak on customers  roof.

    Good evening. I just found these responses in my Spam folder and was trying to open them up but your system is not recognizing the codes. How can I access the responses?
