    I signed a contract for ******* ***** ******** from Elevate Energy to install solar panels and a refrigerated air conditioner unit, which never got done. He never showed up when he said he was and would reschedule and miss again. I have canceled my contract with him and ask for my $2,500 deposit I gave him and he keeps making excuses why he didnt meet with me when we made plans. When I finally got a check from him it bounced. And he keeps dodging meeting up with me. Ive been looking for his business location but he has several different addresses listed and none seem to be his company. He is coming off as a scam.

    ******************** comes initially as a charming gentleman, convincing .. talks about going to church and being a family man . He reported being a ex-professional beisball player who owns over ***** homes in ******* which have solar and windows installed by him .He offered solar system and window package for my 1974- built home along with fixing electrical and pool problems . He said I needed a separate contract for the solar with Goodleap finance through Sunwatt Energy . He said he had sent me by mail a contract where he included the windows and pool electric work . He never sent the contract . The solar system was installed , he had had excuse after excuse whenever he answers the phone for not installing the windows. He promised to have Everything done by this past Friday but never showed up or called . He was probably in church ! The contract also state he will cover the loan first year payment, first check for $1,000 dlls bounced , he paid cash a month later .. last Wednesday he gave me 800 dlls and said he would send the remainder of 3-month payment $270 dlls by cash up , he never did .

    *************************** third party salesperson, his company Elevate Energy Solutions in ******* **, came to my home and offered me incentives which sounded good for the amount of money I was going to spend on purchasing a solar system. The attached file has what he offered. He offered to add insulation to my home including my 3 car garage, he offered a smart thermostat, led bulbs for my whole home, and 18 panels which would all add up to producing .pre 100% of the energy consumed in my home. The panels were installed and first inspection passed. Only 17 panels were installed. Insulation was only added to the ceiling. Then second inspection failed twice and it took almost 4 months for the system to be turned on. I received the bill for the loan for the solar panels while still getting a full bill from EP electric. I contacted this gentleman many times and many times he promised people were going to come for the insulation and that he was having meetings with Sunwatt which is the contractor who installed my panels so that the inspection can pass and so that insulation can be added, thermostat installed and he also said he was going to take care of two of my electric bills and asked for copies of the bill so they he could provide with a check for the total. As of today January 12, 5 months after he sat in my house with all his promises, I'm am still waiting on insulation, the check and light bulbs and the 18th panel and the thermostat. Plus my solar system is not working properly which I have addressed with ******* and I now have another bill that does not reflect what *************************** had said it was going to be once the system was fully functional.

    *********************************** is the owner of Elevate Energy and his partner is *************************. ************************* did the solar panel installation. We dealt with Desreal for everything. Hes our main contact. We signed a contract for installation of the solar panels at ***************************************************************************************, on 08-24-21. He charged $44,977.84 for the installation. Contract included the following: reimbursement of electricity bill for the first year after installation and installation of additional solar panels if needed. When speaking with him, he said our utility bill had significantly increased (from $20 to $300) because we needed additional panels installed and or the panels may be defective. He has been contacted for the last 4 months for reimbursement of the electric utility bills as well as the installation of additional panels. The electric bill has tripled from the first couple of months. He keeps saying he will stop by to drop off the reimbursement of the utility bill and send someone to finish the install. This has been going on on for the last 5 mos. Meanwhile our utility bill keeps dramatically increasing. We keep trying to reach him, however he has blocked us. He has breached the contract. We want reimbursement for the entire ********************************************************** replacement of the solar panels. We contacted ***** Solutions and were told to speak with ********************, however we have no way of reaching him and he refuses to take our calls.
