A vehicle I sold 2 years ago was never taken out of my name. And I am still the registered owner for said vehicle. The car company who owned the car (never moved it out of my name) went out of business and the car became abandoned for over a year. A tow truck company towed the vehicle and I have been receiving letters regarding the vehicle because I am the registered owner and technically responsible for the vehicle. This tow company is corrupt, they are trying to legally steal the vehicle by not letting anyone pick the vehicle up. When I call they refuse to give me any information , and they always say the owner has to get ahold of me, but she never once reached out to me. I had to ****** her cell phone number just to get ahold of her, and our one phone call was no help. She placed an illegal hold on the vehicle and refuses to cooperate in any way shape or form. I just want them to find the legal owner of the car and not steal this car. The owners name is ***** ****.

On July 2, 2024, I requested a tow truck to take my mother in laws Dodge Avenger from **************** to 3617 Tierra ****** (mother in laws home). Her cars brakes went out and she was unable to drive the car. I called El Paso towing at ************** and spoke to ***** who took my name, tow information and processed my payment. Before committing to the tow I asked ***** if the tow truck would have room for 2 riders? ***** advised me yes (his verbal confirmation was heard by my wife as witness as we had the phone on speaker). My mother in law is an 88 year old elderly woman and she was with my ************************* law who has Down syndrome with special needs. When the tow truck driver by the name of *** arrived, he advised he couldnt take my mother in law and sister back to the house, because he didnt have room. I called El Paso Towing back and spoke with ***** again who said I never advised him there would be 2 riders, thus calling me a liar. Rather than argue with him, I am writing this complaint to seek reimbursement for the misleading information for the tow and his unprofessionalism. If ***** had advised me the tow driver couldnt transport 2 riders I would have sought another towing company. Not being able to accommodate the elderly and persons with special needs such as down syndrome is not a good Business practice, and having employees call customers lairs is totally uncalled for.If ***** would have offered to discount to the tow fee from the difference of the Uber we had to pay for my mother and sister in law, this complaint would have been prevented.

A tow truck from El Paso towing was in the process of towing my vehicle when I approached the driver by the name of ******. I paid 100 dollars for a drop fee and he agreed, the driver grew frustrated as I was scared to drive the vehicle off the tow truck bed at a steep incline. ****** dropped my vehicle negligent resulting in the vehicle to bottom out. The next morning the garage smelled of gas and upon driving the engine light came on. ******* has diagnosed the problem with a broken fuel tank and is recommending a replacement in the amount of **** dollars. I have tried speaking to management with no reply. Only to file an incident report which I have. I have tried getting their insurance information and they decline any request. I filed a police report, a complaint with ***** license and regulation. I have also deferred a month payment on my 2022 vehicle loan. I have pictures trying to pump gas after the tow truck damages and fuel does not go into the gas tank, it spill on the floor from the damages from El Paso towing company. I will be pursuing litigation in a civil suit.

PAY FOR THE PAINT DAMAGES TO THE BUMPER CAUSED BY THE DRIVER IN THE TOWING COMPANY. My Car was towed and went I went to go pay the fees my invoice was lost. The receptionist then created a random invoice on the spot. She then wanted me to sign a paper saying the car had no issues upon release. I then proceeded to go and check the vehicle and it had Bumpers paint scratches! I need this fixed because the car did not have these before.

On Sunday, 1/16/22, from 11:35 p.m. until 11:46 p.m. (per the receipt), my Privately-Owned Vehicle (POV), a 2021 green 4-door Jeep Wrangler (** ** ******** fell victim to what I (and others) feel is a tow shark street hustle, that this company is running. This company is in cahoots with "Levi" from an "Apex" parking lot management company. El Paso Towing company towed my POV from **** **** *********** ******* **** in El Paso, Texas, and for just a few blocks. That is where they waited, until I paid them $169 for a claimed "WORK TIME" of 25 minutes (per the receipt). Apex claims to charge $10 to park in the five El Paso parking lots where they claim to have deals with the property owners. After several phone calls, Alberton's will still not speak to me about this incident. El Paso Towing fraudulently charged me $20 for "STORAGE" and another $20 for "IMPOUND" (per the receipt), when they never stored or impounded my POV. My POV was parked, facing uphill. Therefore, even with four dollies, one person could not have safely and effectively maneuvered my POV. The only way to get my POV with the front facing forward on the bed of the tow truck was to drag it, with the four wheels locked. This can cause flat spots on the tires. My brand new/never used tow hitch was damaged while my POV was then pulled up the tow truck's ramp. As ****, the tow truck driver, was lowering my POV, my wife had to tell him that the tow hitch was hitting the street. This scraped the bottom of the tow ball bolt. I also saw the damage while my POV was being lowered from the bed of the tow truck. The person who answers the phone claims that she does not know anything, and cannot otherwise verify anything. An offer to have the supervisor call me back was also fraudulent.
