              I enrolled my daughter into elite gymnastics in 03/2023. My daughter moved up very fast in levels to the Pre-team in 08/28/23. Once in pre-team, my daughter pay for classes went up( which I expected) and Elite requested a payment of $135 for ONLY the Leotard and the bag that she will need for mock meets and if there were any competitions. As the year went on I constantly and consistently requested updates on when the children would receive their leotards and bags. Or one reason to another the order was not able to be filled and completed. The year for my daughter ended in 03/2024 and we never recieved the Leotard or bag. Now that I have asked for a refund, I was told other fees were applied and only received a partial of the redund owed to me. Never recieved the new contract or reciept explaining the new fees that were applied to my refund. This is not okay and I would like the rest of my refunds given to me please! I have attached screenshots of the conversation with Elite and myself.

              Prices are too high for unsuitable training. They expect us parents to pay $153 per session during a pandemic while making the children do the training from a computer. They have horrible customer service and takes them at least 3 days to reply after giving customers the run around.
