            Purchased vehicle: 2021 Audi q3 2016 with ***** miles on it. The dealer sold the vehicle for ****** and an additional extended warranty for nearly 3k. Before I sign my contract I requested the mechanic inspect the vehicle for any major mechanicals issues that the vehicle might have, they told me the vehicle was good and I had nothing to worry about. Fast forward, after driving about ***** miles on the vehicle, the engine fails. I went to the shop to get the situation sorted out but they dismissed me.

            **** ******** ** * ****. Sold me a car then I haven't even made my first payment yet and I have it at a garage getting work done. Also the lady said she would send my plates via *** **... After several phone conversations with said lady ... I still have not received my plates. VERY DISAPPOINTED

            The vehicle ***** ******** purchased was sold in a good/running condition with no lights on the dashboard. We are sorry to hear that the  vehicle went under repair. Any used car sold under Texas law is sold with no warranty and is sold "AS IS". However, according to our records, ***** ******** purchased an extended service contract that will help her reduce any repair expense. As far as the plates, they have been mailed. Please keep in mind, that our dealership has 60 days to deliver plates to the customer from the date that the customer bought their vehicle. Sorry for any inconvenience.
