    We had a salesman come to the door selling beef. He seemed pretty legit and they had a van that was rapped all the meat was nicely packaged and the salesman sounded like he knew what he was talking about. I spent a little over $1500 on 3 boxes of beef and a couple boxes of chicken. The beef is absolutely horrible more fat than actual edible meat on every cut for the price I paid I was expecting superior quality in this product but it fell short way way short all the beef is super tuff and chewy and worse quality than what you can find at the grocery store for much less. Will never buy product from this company again and will advise the whole neighborhood as well so they dont wall for it like I did.

    I was approached by a sales associate claiming to be from "Six Brothers Beef Company" and was told the meat they were selling was from grass fed antibiotic free cows and guaranteed to be fresh. They showed my husband and I brochures of the packages. We purchased the meat only to find out it was a lie. The meat was shipped frozen from ******* without any *** approved certificates, no names of the company, ingredients or any other labels that would claim it was that of what the company is claiming to sell or represent. I had the meat checked out through a certified meat company which found the meat to have freezer burn, discoloration, and found many faults in the quality of meat. They also stated it was illegal to sell that meat because of the labels and quality. I been trying to get a refund for this since it is not want I ordered nor did I receive the meat that I ordered. I also noticed the money was taken through a 3rd party transaction called "T&T Beef Company". Upon looking that company up I could not find any information about that company or how its associated with Six Brothers Beef. I would like my money back for this fraudulent purchase.

    On 10/18/2024 I purchased 7 cases of steak from Six Brothers Beef from the owner of the company. The steak went directly from his possession into my freezer at work. I left work approximately an hour after this and took a case home with me. When I got home I immediately put all but 3 steaks in the freezer and the other 3 in the fridge to defrost so I could cook them the next day. 10/19/2024 I pulled the 3 steaks out of the fridge to cook, opened the packaging and it was very obvious from the smell that all 3 steaks were rancid. I emailed them after disposing of the bad steak to let them know. They were initially responsive but as soon as I brought up wanting to return the steak for a refund, they started ignoring my emails and phone calls. I have not done anything with the other steaks while I try to get the issue resolved. I spent over $3k on steak that was sold to me as good only to find out it was rancid and the company that sold it to me is not doing anything to resolve the issue.

    I had a door salesman knock on my door on Aug 2, 2024. He talked up selling these steaks claiming it was his family's company and he was the son of the owner. He came inside and brought the package of meats with him. He was a good salesman which is what got me. He claimed he was selling prime, grass fed, beef but when we cooked a couple tonight they were horrible. They were so chewy, sour tasting, and now we are scared to try anymore. He also had us pay through Venmo, left no card or anything, the only way I remembered the company name was by checking our doorbell camera to look at what his shirt said. We have $270 worth of meat that I'm now scared to eat. We want a full refund.

    Meat is mostly more fat than meat. Meat not worth the money and I will never do business with this company again.

    ************** From Six Brothers Beef was the salesman that sold me the meat. He said all of the beef was grain fed, great taste, and TENDER!! I tried 2 New York strips, 2 ********* Ribeyes, and 1 Sirloin Ranch. I had to throw them in the trash because they were so tough, and chewy! My wife and I also tried the chicken breast which was tender, but afterwards give us upset stomach! Needless to say were very unhappy with what was sold to us. I tried to call ************** And no answer, and guess whathis voicemail was full too! I called the home office number and someone answered then said they would get back to us.didnt happen!! I called again after a couple of weeks and same thingno response!! I have called multiple times, only to feel like Ive been had!!! Im stuck with meat I cant eat and empty promises! At this point I just want my money back, and to never see another traveling meat salesman as long as I live!! That was as nice as I could possibly say it!!!

    When I called them several times in the past and they have taken my number down and I have gotten zero responses, how do I trust that they will contact me by email? I will go ahead and send an email but I am still not satisfied until I get a response. I would like a refund and I want it in writing so there is no misunderstanding. They can come get their product too.

    The chicken is very hard to eat and white stuff keep coming a lot. They sold us very old chicken. Its so disgusting ?? I tried contacting them but they dont answer the phone. I need my money back. This is unacceptable.

    We bought some2 boxes of meat and shrimp from ******* on April 17th. We opened the new York strips and they were very good. Fast forward to 2 weeks later, I open the steaks and they are bad. Smell rotten and sour. So we go to open the pork chops and they are also bad! I'm too scared to try the chicken and shrimp.I tried calling ******* but he didn't answer and his voice mail was full. I tried again last week and his phone is cut off. I've left 2 voice-mail at the company and no response. No email, text or phone call. I'd like my money back please because I spent $436. I can prove it as well. Please, just someone help me because we have a family of 5 and wasted our money on bad meat.

    I negotiated a price with the vendor for $400 for a box of beef and when I looked at my credit card, I was billed $478.40! The guy added a 62$ tip! In addition, when I opened the boxes to put them in my freezer, I found that the steaks were NOT the product that he showed me. He showed me a steak that was twice the size and thickness than what I received. I suppose I should have opened every box, but I felt a level of trust with the vendor.

    This is the worst beef Ive ever put in my mouth. Con job salesmen saying they had a customers husband die and they needed to unload the order. I just got conned out of $341. Calling me pops. Ill have them arrested for trespassing if they ever step foot on my doorstep again. Run as fast as your can from this food. They guarantee your satisfaction 100% but with no refunds. Why would I want to exchange s***** meat for even more s***** meat? And drive to their store to do it. Had no flavor, tough as leather and it was brown when it thawed from the packaging. Im going to dispute this from my credit card statement. I cant say enough how disgusted I am with this meat. I WANT A FULL AND COMPLETE REFUND!
