I bought a 2019 infinity q50 This business claims they do 125 point inspections on every car wich is a straight up lie . Im in the mechanical field so I will be allowing everyone to know .As soon as I got the car the fuses where blown for the charging port ?? Part of inspection but oh no they didint see it at all Then I hear a noise from my brake pads telling them to check the break pads and rotors then they come back and tell me my rear differential is going bad . Hence they said the gear oil was perfectly fine no medal shavings or anything. But yet they want me to spend 1,275$ on a rear differential when I had the car for not even 2 weeks . Only put 600 miles on the car. Its unbelievable and very sadReview from Ron F

Do not trust these guys. I believe they take auction cars/trucks and cover up all the issues and promise to make it right but never follow up. Drove up from ****** and purchased a 2014 GMC ****** for my kid on 7/13/24 from ****** and ******. Noticed some small things but quickly found out that they had just lip-sticked up the vehicle. Truck started randomly dying and then start back up while driving. Spent $200 to get a full mechanical report on the vehicle and it was pretty shocking. Moderate rust under the truck. Alternator is going out, starter is going out and a/c blower motor is going out. Battery replaced with cheap smaller version that doesnt have enough cranking amps. Brake pads 10%, tires are 20%, (which we did notice) and all four rotors are warped. One wiper motor is dead, leak on 3rd brake light over cab now obvious once we took a closer look at head liner. Additionally, fluids had not been changed. Those are the larger issues but we have only had it for a week. The kicker is they charge a $2000 admin fee that is supposed to be an extensive review of the vehicle to address any issues. So far they have offered to replace the alternator and an oil change and owner will not return calls.Review from Mark Y

This business is not to be trusted. They should be shut down for false advertising. They show you one price just to get you to drive all the way to their location, then once you feel you have a deal they pull out the ******** Package and add approximately $2500 to the final price. I wasted 2 hours with these guys. Do not trust them. Do not buy from them. Go to a reputable dealer who will treat you honestly. These guys are a scam.Review from Carrie F

Advocating for all! Please don't worry about buying a car here. On August 17, 2023, my son purchased a white 2013 Jeep. he gave ******** as a down payment; 11 days in, the radiator broke. When my son called, ******** said he could only bring it in if it was up and running to try to change for another car. My son had to pay a tow truck and at ******** pay for a new radiator at *****. The Jeep was diagnosed as full of corrosion in all the undercarriage. Sooner or later, all parts will go like what happened to the radiator. Took back the Jeep and got a white 2020 **** After two weeks, the car started shaking and having front wheel problems. My son called ******** and asked him to take the car back and keep the ***** and spare tire he bought for this car and other accessories, including the anti-theft upgrade. He did not take the car back and didn't call off the deal with the bank. We had to give the vehicle to the bank before making payment and let my son's credit be affected. All this was in less than 1 month, 2 cars. Is all contrary to what it states on its website about being a trusted dealership and wanting to help people that was not our experience.Review from Rodney B

Company is a Big Scam! They list a price on website and auto trader. Which is a fake price. False advertising! We drove 3 hrs to dealership after talking with the salesman by phone about the car. They immediately asked if paying cash or financing. Came out with a paper showing automatically ***** on top of the price and an additional 450. Said well we did an inspection and tires. Not something we asked for and not a warranty. Refused to take fees off. Rude and very shady! ****** companies are allowed to have false advertising!Review from Kirsten D

I went to Excellence Auto Direct for the purchase of my car. I worked directly with ************************* and ***** and had a great experience. I would highly recommend Excellence Auto Direct and ************************* if your looking for a car and an easy no haste experience.Review from Dereck J

When helping my girlfriend purchase her car, these are the issues we experienced during, and after, the course of the deal. 1) Bait and switch tactics with "mandatory $2,499 reconditioning fee". Borderline false averting and deceptive business practices. 2) Actually charged $3,509 for reconditioning fee and hid it in the "cash price" of the vehicle, but the 4 square with the agreed upon numbers still says the vehicle price plus $2,499 reconditioning fee. Outright fraud.3) Downgraded the extended warranty from tier 5, to tier 4 after the deal was done without telling us, but still charged us for the tier 5. Outright fraud.4) Car still needed numerous safety repairs, including a damaged/defective parking brake, but was told it passed inspection. Consumer Protection Violation and potential gross negligence.5) They still refuse to give a signed copy of where we agreed to tier 4 warranty... we specifically talked about, agreed upon and signed for a tier 5.6) The warranty is just as deceptive as this dealership. Their paperwork specifically states that it covers "parking brake and parking brake components". After they denied the claim, I call and was told they only cover the electronic module if the car has an electronic Park brake... regardless of which tier warranty you purchase. 6) When talking to the general manager about my concerns, he kept saying he couldn't do anything about it and I needed to talk to his employees to figure it out. He then brushed us off to the finance manager because he was the one who writes all the numbers and can explain why we were over charged and got our warranty downgraded. 7) When trying to have a conversation with the finance manager about all this, the finance manager got rude, disrespectful, and got in my face trying to instigate a physical altercation.*fraud or negligence may invalidate arbitration agreements, non-suit agreements, and no class action agreements... just FYI to anyone else considering suit.Review from Adam B

Be VERY cautious when dealing with this company. I thought I was dealing with a reputable group after reading their ****** reviews but my experience has been the furthest from excellent. Look at my profile and reviews and you will find I am the opposite of an unpleasable consumer and don't believe I have ever left a 1 star review until today.I purchased a van from them remotely but I looked at the photos and did not see any damage, I asked several times about its condition and was assured by the sales person ****** the $2k ******** Package Covers the costs of ensuring the vehicles they sell are in excellent condition. I asked if there was any damage or nonworking items on the vehicle and was assured it was in top condition. Fast forward to the purchase. I used another company to finance the purchase and it took a little bit but all went through without issues. I flew one of my employees up to pick up the van and upon arrival, there is a dent in the rear of the vehicle and after getting on the road, he found the A/C doesn't work and the control panel is malfunctioning. I called to report this to the dealership and to work out some resolution to these issues but was immediately told by the sales person ****** and the manager ******** ****** hands are tied because I used another company to purchase and finance the ********* no point was I notified this would change the backing of the dealership. I own several companies and understand "stuff happens" which is why I always provide the opportunity to make it right and move forward. Excellence ********** has shown it is not a group of excellence but one of shady business practices. Be VERY cautious when dealing with this company.
