DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!! So we bought a 2015 ***** from here with 80k miles. Car looked to be in great condition. During the purchasing they hit us with a 2k dollar surcharge for parts and labor on the vehicle. They said it was to cover all the work they did on the vehicle. They said they want the customer to have piece of mind knowing the vehicle has been completely ran through and every thing fixed. That was a bold lie and a joke. A week into owning it the gauge cluster went bad. We brought it to the dealer they said they would fix it. While there they said it needed a coolant temp sensor and a oil pressure sensor. When we went to get the vehicle the gauge cluster still wasn't fixed. We brought it back again and they replaced the cluster but the mileage wasn't reading and after sitting there for three hours while they tried to program it we decided to take it to an actual chevrolet dealership by our house. The dealership told us they tried to put a salvaged silverado gauge cluster which can't be reprogrammed. Luckily we had an extended warranty and they where able to replace it with a new one. While there they also replaced the radiator, thermostat, coolant sensor (excellence auto damaged the plug in when they replaced it) and shocks. We received the vehicle back from the ***** dealership and it ran great for about three weeks until the alternator went bad. I replaced it myself and the battery as we where traveling. Fast forward two weeks and the number 7 lifter went bad and it had to go back to the ***** dealership to get all the lifters replaced. We got the vehicle back and a week later the tranmission went out. So currently it is at the dealership getting the transmission replaced. Thank God for extended warranty and the team at the ********* dealershio by our house. Please whatever you do don't buy from here. The owner and sales people are very charasmatic and the owners dog is amazing but the dealership sells POS cars.

From the time I found them through Autotrader until I finally had enough, these guys didnt care to make a sale. No effort was given to walk me through it, I had to ask them or pretty much do there job. No negotiations, they were just there. USELESS! They want the customer to beg them for a vehicle.

I used to have a high opinion of this business, but that has changed. We recently got our car repaired, and in addition, had the car detailed, and an oil change. My husband picked up the car yesterday, and when we picked up the car, we noticed there was a tear in the passenger seat of the car. Before our car broke down, my husband had just paid for the Registration on the car, and had the paperwork in the top of the dash, and the paperwork was missing when we picked up the car. I would appreciate someone calling us and speaking to us directly instead of icing us out.

Excellence Auto Direct (EAD) sold me a car without a clean title in July 2019, and as of today, has still has not helped me get a clean title. I purchased the car in July 2019; EAD gave me a photocopy of the old title from the auction house EAD bought it from; the representative at *** said that the photocopy of the old title and the bill of sale would be sufficient to show my DMV in ************** to get my title. Sorry to say I did not know any better, and *** seemed like a legitimate business, so I did not question this at the time. North Carolina DMV let me register the car in 2019 but said I could not be given a new title without a notarized lien release. I contacted *** requesting this, and a clerk said it would be sent to me. I was dealing with multiple family emergencies that year and forgot to follow through. Fast forward to May 2024: we decided to sell the car and I realized I never got the title. I called EAD for help; *** said the lien release had been sent to me, but I did not remember receiving it. A manager said I would have to contact the former lienholder, *************, to get a replacement lien release. ************* said I could not be told or given anything because my name was not on the old title. I asked *** for help again, contacting them multiple times for follow through, and I was told I should be receiving the paperwork I needed soon. September 2024: I have not received anything to help me resolve this. So, this week I contacted a lawyer, who informed me that it was illegal for *** to sell me the car without a clean title. The Texas DMV instructed me to also run a title check to make sure the lien had been released, and I found out that the lien had NEVER been released according to Texas DMV records. So, due to my ignorance and **** illegal behavior, I have a car that I paid $11,000 for that I do not legally own.

I bought a 2019 infinity q50 This business claims they do 125 point inspections on every car wich is a straight up lie . Im in the mechanical field so I will be allowing everyone to know .As soon as I got the car the fuses where blown for the charging port ?? Part of inspection but oh no they didint see it at all Then I hear a noise from my brake pads telling them to check the break pads and rotors then they come back and tell me my rear differential is going bad . Hence they said the gear oil was perfectly fine no medal shavings or anything. But yet they want me to spend 1,275$ on a rear differential when I had the car for not even 2 weeks . Only put 600 miles on the car. Its unbelievable and very sad

Do not trust these guys. I believe they take auction cars/trucks and cover up all the issues and promise to make it right but never follow up. Drove up from ****** and purchased a 2014 GMC ****** for my kid on 7/13/24 from ****** and ******. Noticed some small things but quickly found out that they had just lip-sticked up the vehicle. Truck started randomly dying and then start back up while driving. Spent $200 to get a full mechanical report on the vehicle and it was pretty shocking. Moderate rust under the truck. Alternator is going out, starter is going out and a/c blower motor is going out. Battery replaced with cheap smaller version that doesnt have enough cranking amps. Brake pads 10%, tires are 20%, (which we did notice) and all four rotors are warped. One wiper motor is dead, leak on 3rd brake light over cab now obvious once we took a closer look at head liner. Additionally, fluids had not been changed. Those are the larger issues but we have only had it for a week. The kicker is they charge a $2000 admin fee that is supposed to be an extensive review of the vehicle to address any issues. So far they have offered to replace the alternator and an oil change and owner will not return calls.

This business is not to be trusted. They should be shut down for false advertising. They show you one price just to get you to drive all the way to their location, then once you feel you have a deal they pull out the ******** Package and add approximately $2500 to the final price. I wasted 2 hours with these guys. Do not trust them. Do not buy from them. Go to a reputable dealer who will treat you honestly. These guys are a scam.

Advocating for all! Please don't worry about buying a car here. On August 17, 2023, my son purchased a white 2013 Jeep. he gave ******** as a down payment; 11 days in, the radiator broke. When my son called, ******** said he could only bring it in if it was up and running to try to change for another car. My son had to pay a tow truck and at ******** pay for a new radiator at *****. The Jeep was diagnosed as full of corrosion in all the undercarriage. Sooner or later, all parts will go like what happened to the radiator. Took back the Jeep and got a white 2020 **** After two weeks, the car started shaking and having front wheel problems. My son called ******** and asked him to take the car back and keep the ***** and spare tire he bought for this car and other accessories, including the anti-theft upgrade. He did not take the car back and didn't call off the deal with the bank. We had to give the vehicle to the bank before making payment and let my son's credit be affected. All this was in less than 1 month, 2 cars. Is all contrary to what it states on its website about being a trusted dealership and wanting to help people that was not our experience.
