Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/08/11) */ The customers are very good people. We visited thier home several times and the last time was last week. They have an insurance claim property damage job. they also live in a very rural town. Materials are coming from out of town. . Also from several different vendors. Our roofing crew is also from out of town and specialize in metal roofing. The crews will handle all the work when they are scheduled and we MUST have all the materials on site before we can actually schedule the crew. To complicate the situation there is a Sizable supplement to be approved "prior" to the build out. This way the crews work order will be comlete when they begin working. Our sales team members are having a hard time explaining this to the customer. and appropriate measures will be taken to contact the customer immediately and communicate with them the full scope and process once again. This is "only" for the benefit of the homeowner and for our promise as to what we agreed upon to do for them. The customer was informed in the beginning that insurance property claims may take some time to complete. Sometimes homeowners can not grasp the logistics involved in claims as large as theirs is and we end up doing only what the insurance company hoped for in their first original scope of damages. leaving the homeowner damages that go unrepaired because they were not put in the original claim or paid appropriately for their damages. We will contact the homeowner and drop the supplement and honor the contract. Materials have been ordered and ready for some time now awaiting the completion of the supplement. It is always our goal to do what we agree to for our clients and the communications are not always clear as we believe they are in the beginning. We will do our best to satisfy this homeowner.
