Worst experience ever. Paid over $2000 for them to fix the sprinkler and somehow it is still not fixed. They originally quoted $300, then $1200, then $1700 and then $2300. We were without water for 19 hours because they broke the main water line. They did fix that for free (they should since they broke it), but then told us to call the main office to get a quote for the 2 broken sprinkler heads, extender that is broken, and a leak that was somehow not included in the price. Plus, our yard now has several boxes that were added for access that were not there before. One of the boxes was cracked and had a hole in it, too. We asked about the broken lid and the worker did not replace it. Also, left a broken sprinkler head in our yard and a random wire is exposed.

When the service was supposedly completed, I asked to do an operational check with the technician, it was clear to see the technician was not interested in that and acted if I was asking for something extenuating. Somethings services the consultant stated would be completed were not done or were completed begrudgingly or simply not done. When an error or deficiency was noticed l, I had to repeatedly ask the tech to fix the deficiency. Felt like I was begging for a service I had paid for. Afterwards, the Technicians left all the trash from the removed sprinklers and newly installed sprinklers around my yard, including the orange caps from the new sprinkler. I was a repeat customer however after this experience I think I will consult with some of your competitors. Additionally, I called to speak with a manager about the l service. ******* answered my call and stated a manager would return my call. To date, no one has responded to me. Very professional. Quickly diagnosed my sprinkler valve issue & replaced it. The $20 fee to program the controller to my preferred watering schedule is a picky additional fee in my opinion. Could be included in the hourly fee.

I have previously used J Bell to install a drainage/pumping solution to a long-standing flooding issue. That was a top notch job. I came back to them to install landscape lighting. Again, a top notch job. I'll use them again and always recommend them!

J Bell has been my only company I will ever use for my sprinkler system. each time I have had a problem they came very quickly and the techs are well trained. found the problem and fixed it same day. fees are more reasonable than any other company. J Bell is the only company that will ever touch my system and yard again. have used them for several years.

I have been meaning to leave a review for a while now, but wanted to wait until our grass and landscaping had a chance to grow in a bit. Back in June we hired J Bell for the first time. They resodded some of our lawn and then also removed some large areas of sod and planted various plants like Muhly Grass, Russian Sage and Ruellia. The project turned into a much bigger job than we or J Bell initially thought, especially the sod removal for the landscaping areas. The J Bell team did a great job. Removing the sod turned into a multi-day project instead of a single day project like we originally thought. They stuck with it until the work was done and done right. Although it ended up costing more than we thought, Miriam was such a professional in working with us. We both agreed, that through no fault of ours or theirs, we couldn't have anticipated the extra work. So they worked with us and shared in the additional costs. Her approach was fair and respectful, which allowed both parties to be happy with the results and solution. Miriam was available to discuss changes to the plan, which were a bunch. She help us with our vision to ensure we would get the best results in our lawn and landscaping. The J Bell team who came out and did the work were professional and hard workers. The kept us informed and involved with what they were doing. They showed up and left on schedule, which these days is huge. Their front office was very professional as well. We got emails/texts regarding set appts. and when teams were on their way. Miriam is doing a great job at J Bell. I highly recommend them and no question will hire them again in the future.
