  Worst experience ever. Paid over $2000 for them to fix the sprinkler and somehow it is still not fixed. They originally quoted $300, then $1200, then $1700 and then $2300. We were without water for 19 hours because they broke the main water line. They did fix that for free (they should since they broke it), but then told us to call the main office to get a quote for the 2 broken sprinkler heads, extender that is broken, and a leak that was somehow not included in the price. Plus, our yard now has several boxes that were added for access that were not there before. One of the boxes was cracked and had a hole in it, too. We asked about the broken lid and the worker did not replace it. Also, left a broken sprinkler head in our yard and a random wire is exposed.

  When the service was supposedly completed, I asked to do an operational check with the technician, it was clear to see the technician was not interested in that and acted if I was asking for something extenuating. Somethings services the consultant stated would be completed were not done or were completed begrudgingly or simply not done. When an error or deficiency was noticed l, I had to repeatedly ask the tech to fix the deficiency. Felt like I was begging for a service I had paid for. Afterwards, the Technicians left all the trash from the removed sprinklers and newly installed sprinklers around my yard, including the orange caps from the new sprinkler. I was a repeat customer however after this experience I think I will consult with some of your competitors. Additionally, I called to speak with a manager about the l service. ******* answered my call and stated a manager would return my call. To date, no one has responded to me.   Unprofessional, incompetent, scammy techs came out spit balling prices, after negotiating we eventually settled on price. They had to keep changing things because they didn't really know what they were doing even though it was routine work. Left critical piece incomplete in ground caused major leak and cost. Techs could have been on drugs I believe but that's not the worst part, when I called to get them to come fix the work they had obviously messed up and I requested new techs, they said I would be billed for rework unless they could send the old techs, and they were so over booked, they scheduled 2 weeks out.

You were not able to get the repairs done in your budget and and we have gone back to assist many times.   Very professional. Quickly diagnosed my sprinkler valve issue & replaced it. The $20 fee to program the controller to my preferred watering schedule is a picky additional fee in my opinion. Could be included in the hourly fee.
