      I placed an order for three shirts (order *********). Two of the shirts arrived damaged. Ive emailed the business three times with no response. *** tried calling multiple times over the last five days it always says the phones are down. *** tried calling all of the numbers listed for the company but ** getting the impression theyre not legitimate. I was initially asking them to reprint the shirts but too much time has passed and they were gifts so Im now requesting a refund. Ive included pictures of the items in the emails thats Ive sent but again, no response.

      I ordered this gear for the Lumen ******* girls soccer program on 4/17/24. Immediately after my purchase I received an email stating the shop closing date and that the items would be shipped 4-5 weeks following the closing of the shop. I just spoke to someone in customer service who was no help at all and all he could do was reiterate what i already knew and refused to refund my money "based on being in production". IT'S THE END OF THE SOCCER SEASON AND I WANT MY GEAR I ORDERED. This company is s******* hundreds of schools and parents a day with their awful practices. Just awful how they conduct their business. We just have to wait to get our gear when our season is over. I will never EVER order from them again. They should be fined.

      I ordered my sons high school track uniform which was a pair of shorts and a hoodie on March 8th, 2024. I received an email today, April 9th, that the second part of my order is ready to ship. Although I was informed that the shorts have arrived we have not received those yet. Its been over 30 days and 5 weeks since my purchase and the hoodie has not even been shipped. The email I received after my purchase stated average shipping was 4-5 weeks, but that needed to be disclosed prior to purchase to be transparent. This is unacceptable and a poor way to do business for schools.

      Ordered a polo from this company. No mention on the order or on the site that this was a "custom" order. After I received the shirt it was SIGNIFICANTLY smaller than the size listed. When I called to do a refund, they then informed me this was a "custom" order and it was not eligible for a refund. This is a deceptive business practice. I was never informed this order could not be returned. EVER. I am only asking that the ethical principles of any business be followed. I should be able to get the refund policy listed on their website.

      On June 5, I placed an order through BSN Sports for "team gear" at my son's school. I did not receive an item in the order and was told it was on back order. On August 11, the same thing happened with a 2nd order I placed. One item was not received, and I was told it was on back order. I began calling in Spetember requesting a refund for the two items. I was told to call back because they could not process refunds until 6 weeks after the order is placed in case shipment was delayed. Six weeks from the August 11th order, I began calling to request my refunds (keeping in mind that the first missing item was from an order on 6/5/2023). I have called and spoken to at least 4 difference customer representatives who have promised, and supposedly processed, the refund. They tell me it take 3-5 days for the refund to hit my credit card account. My last attempt was 12/13, and the refund still has not been credited to my account. I am simply looking for a refund for the two items I did not receive. It is basically theft at this point. Out of principal, I will not let this issue rest. I wonder how many people get charged for items they don't receive.

      1. 12/5-We placed Order(s) #********** with BSN sports for apparel for *********** Girls Varsity Basketball.2.12/7- we received an email saying the shop was closed, "All products will be shipped directly to the shipping address you provided. Average delivery is 4-5 weeks after the shop close." This was too long to wait.(screenshot provided)3.12/10-we emailed customer service to ask for a refund, since according to the screenshot and email referenced above, the apparel had CLEARLY not been created yet, & we wanted to let them know, due to the long delivery, we didn't want the products anymore.(Screenshot provided.)4. On December 11th customer service responded (Screenshot provided): "Hi ***,Thank you for contacting Customer Care!It appears your team store campaign period closed and went into production on 12/07/2023.From there, we immediately begin processing all custom orders from this team store with an average turnaround of 4-5 weeks.Unfortunately, the team store deadline has passed. This means orders placed in the shop have all been combined and have begun the production process as one bulk team order. We are unable to cancel or make any changes to individual orders at this point."5. On 12/11 we called and talked to ******* and they would not consider stopping our order and refunding it.6. On 12/11 we responded to email (screenshot provided) "Per my conversation yesterday with your supervisor, we totally disagree with a company not altering an order when the store closed three days earlier, and we are waiting 4- 5 weeks further for our purchase. We believe this is alterable.7. On 12/14, we received an email stating that our order was "Pending Production:Your wait is almost over. We will start making your custom products soon. Here's an update! Your custom products are being prepared for production."As stated above, clearly our products had not been created yet, even 3 days after our email, and we believe the company should honor our refund request.***

      This company is horrible to deal with. I ordered my daughter's jerseys and pants through a link that was specifically set up for her team. When the white jersey finally came months later and halfway through the season, it was not the same as the rest of the team. While I was under the impression that the jersey was being replaced when I discovered a new one was not sent to the coach. I reached out to BSN myself. I provided my original order number and explained that I received the incorrect jersey. I was told I could get a replacement, 2-3 weeks, or a refund. I opted for a replacement. Over a month later, after no replacement was received, I requested an update. I was told a replacement was not ordered and was offered a refund. I shared that a refund was not sufficient and a replacement was still needed. I was told a second time that a replacement would be ordered. After escalating this issue, sharing another issue regarding pinstripe pants that ran small for the our entire team and fit no one, even though the brand was the same as the other pants BSN refused to reimburse or even exchange, everyone was out that money and required to purchase new ones to fit, and also sharing my previous experience with them on another order for our entire team (over $6,000), then I heard nothing from BSN. I had to continue to follow up.Almost two months after providing my original order number and waiting on a replacement, BSN then claimed I ordered the wrong white jersey, yet they offered a refund on 2 occasions and advised me twice they would replace the jersey. They have since ignored my emails and I have yet to receive anything from them. I have attached my last communication with them but have the full email chain of our conversations.

      Ordered shoes from their shop for my daughter supposed to be a size 8 women's and we received a 15/16 in mens, contacted the company and they stated that because they are decorated they wont refund or replace the item after I had to reach out to them several times after they said they would provide me a label to return in ***** hrs took several days to hear anything and they were of no help then

      I placed an order #********** for $106.09 on 8/3/2023 for some items supporting my son's soccer team with a logo at ************************ which included gifts for my parents. I was charged at that time. The website says all orders will begin production within 2 weeks of order. I have not received these items and I have not received a refund. I've contacted the company 4 times to resolve the issue, via phone and email. They claim to be unable to provide me a refund, and unable to tell me when the items will be produced. The last interaction, the ************* representative claimed that he issued a "partial refund," but I never received this. The following is a recap of the interactions: 8/3- order placed 9/15- phone call, I was told these items would be produced "soon"9/20- email sent, ********* L said order will be processed "soon" and there is no expected ship date. They request patience.10/5- email sent, ********* said they do not have an exact date, and she will reach out to the facility to confirm.10/18, phone call, customer representative says "I can not receive a refund" on these items even though they are not in production yet. They do not know when they will be produced, and suggests they will give me a 50% discount. I do not receive this credit/discount.10/18- email sent, ******** (BSN customer care representative) emails that there will be a credit on my account, and he will inquire about my order ETA. I have not received this credit or discount.10/25- another email sent.

      I am rejecting this response because:   I sent 7 emails over 4 months for these items, and called 4 times.  I was continuously brushed off and ignored until I filed this complaint.  I was told on our fourth exchange that they would give me a 50% refund and still send me my items.  Months past, and it was not until I filed this complaint and sent my 7th email/phone call that they processed the remainder of my refund with the assurance that they would ALSO ship my items.  I spent hours, and they held my money for 4 months.  I would like the company to also complete my order as they said they would.  Not necessary, but I will also mention they did never apologize for the way I was treated.
