      A purchase was made through this company for college apparel, around 8/29/23. Order #*********. I was charged the amount of $299 and then subsequently they cancelled part of my order. (I was never told about this cancellation but noticed part of my order was missing in when I searched for an update to my order to see where this stands). I have requested a refund for the cancelled portion no less than five times within the last several weeks. I received one response from the company and was told a refund was issued to my bank on 9/5. Per my bank, as of todays date, there is still no refund to my account. Since then, I have requested to escalate this matter to a supervisor and have received no responses back. At this time I am due a refund of over $129 and have never received it. There are several others who also placed orders with this company (at the same university) who have also been told their accounts are credited for cancelled orders, but have not actually been refunded. I have attached the current message from my bank stating there is no refund/credit pending form this business.

      I placed an order for Hoodie for my Grandson 09/09/2023. The money was taken 09/11/2023. I have called multiple times and sent emails requesting proof of tracking for item. Item has not been mailed and I have requested a refund and filed a dispute with my bank.

      I placed an order with BSN Sports for my freshman soccer player. She was highly anticipating the arrival of the order but unfortunately when it arrived we were sadly disappointed with the quality of 2/4 of her items. I paid ***** for a large sized hoodie that was way too small for my size 8 womens daughter & to top that off the print was already peeling at the edges. I also paid $36.99 for a pair of shorts in which the embroidery was missing on one of the team letters. Neither of these items were custom madethey were ordered exactly as advertised on their page. I contacted BSN about this letting them know that I would like to return the two items and they replied withBecause of their custom nature, decorated items are not eligible for return or exchange.I am extremely dissatisfied with this *************** response to my problem. On their webpage it statesCustom orders may not be returned unless the merchandise is defective or we made an error when making the custom order product.My order wasnt even a custom order AND it was defective and thats the kind of response I was given. I spend tons of money on my daughters club sportswear extras & had planned to do the same for high school but after experiencing this inferiority I sadly will not be able to. Im determined to find another spirit wear company that will treat its customers better.

      1. Large order placed through school order with BSN sports for school year on July 14th totaling $881.26 MTS Order Number: #**********. It was received 4 weeks later. However it was ****ed that one sweatshirt sz ******** white crew was "coming soon" without further information. I called BSN sports a few weeks later asking when this would ship. The original order I never received any shipping confirmation. They placed a replacement order for this shirt on August 22nd stating it would be an additional 2-3 weeks. At week 2 I questioned when it would ship they told me to wait until it had been 3 weeks. At 3 week **** I checked in and they said it was slated to be created 10/9/23. On Sept 12th I called customer service and spoke to "Kaelyn". She told me twice her computer "needed to reboot", then asked for the order number twice. She then told me it was already shipped. Upon asking for shipping confirmation info she told me "Oh its going to ship soon". She would't get a manager when I requested to speak to one. She told me "they are all on lunch". This was at 3:30 EST. I asked when they would be back she said "oh in a few hours.." I requested the managers number and she wouldn't provide. I was treated with disrespect and it seemed like a fun game to her. I told her I would be seeking help through BBB if she could not help me. She did not seem to care she just said OK then hung up on me. Attached is correspondence. I have additional order through this for my children's sports and I am currently very concerned these will not be fulfilled. There is no way to look online to see where orders are currently at in the process of being fulfilled. One has to hope that after the 4-5 weeks they tell you to wait that you may get at least some of your order after paying upfront. Very unprofessional and seemingly fraudulent company. To my dismay I now see multiple complaints against this company.

      The shorts I ordered do not fit. I contacted the business requesting an exchange. They replied they will not offer an exchange or a refund because the shorts are made-to-order. As shown in the pictures there was no customization of these shorts at all. They are standard fit **** shorts with no additional logos, decals, etc.

      I purchased several items from BSN for the ********** Football shop. I asked for no numbers to be printed on the items. When the items arrived, the number 12 was printed on all of the items(this was the example number in the shop). I called BSN when I received the items, and customer service verified that I requested no numbers on the items and stated that they would be reprinted without the numbers and sent out. I asked how I would sent the incorrect items back and the representative asked me to give the items to the football coach and he would get them to the correct player. Later that evening I received an email from BSN stating that the error was not on their end but mine and that I needed to contact the sales coordinator for clarification.The one item that I wanted personalized states the personalization on the line item for both the order and the pack list ( the item was not personalized as requested without notification. The price was refunded though).Order number is79518716 and the shop id is *******.

      Order # ********** - dated June 13. . I ordered football clothes from this store for my son. Before the order was processed or shipped my son got injured and we were told he would not be able to play for the whole season. I immediately contacted BSN via email to cancel the order and was told they would not cancel my order even though they had not shipped it. No personalized items were included.

      On 1/2/2023, my Chase credit was charged $269. for an unknown product. I have never done business or even am aware of what kind of service it is. Filed dispute with *****, however they say it was a valid charge. I need to know what the charge is for as I never even heard of this conpany much less even know where it is and what it sells.       Feb 2023 ordered items from my daughters school for track and field. Spent $100 on a backpack and hoodie. The hoodie, I ordered an ADULT SMALL (my girl wears an adult XS in everything, and even are too big). When she got it Tuesday this week she brought it home and couldn't even get it on comfortably. The arms are too tight, the shirt looks like it was made for a small child not an adult. There were multiple members of her team who are having the same issue as well. They told me they wouldn't fix it because it was a custom order.See their email response below:Hello, Thank you for contacting My Team Shop at BSN SPORTS!       Terrible company with terrible quality products. I wish I could give this money a 0 rating. I placed an order for a football beanie and track jacket. The order took over 3 weeks to ship and over a month to deliver. Once the package was delivered it was delivered to the wrong address and did not have my information but another contact at the school that it was delivered to. They stated they did not have the name of the person at the school it was delivered to. They stated the sales rep would have that information yet they made no attempt to contact the sales rep or the person they addressed it to. I have another shipment on the same order that they shipped separately that is taking now more than 5 weeks to ship and talking to Fed Ex they again shipped to the wrong address and to another person.

      I am rejecting this response because:   The issue has not been resolved. I did receive a phone call from the company but I have received 3 different reasons as to why I have not received my shipment and they are all conflicting. As of this time I am still waiting on the refund and status on my product. BSN keeps stating it was delivered to my home yet Fed Ex has confirmed it was not and they also confirmed the shipment due to arrive on Monday will not be delivered to my home and is also not addressed to me. Ive asked the company to contact Fed Ex to confirm the info and resolve the issue with them yet they continue to state it was delivered to my home.
