    I am actually going through the same thing as the review that is underneath me I returned two bottles of perfume to this company back between November and December at two different times I have supplied the tracking numbers for the returns of both of those bottles of perfume they have not credited my account for that ******************** they now have sent my loan to collections they have affected my credit score I have reached out to the better Business bureau and filed a complaint against them I also have contacted ******* and transunion and explain to them that this company has stolen my money I returned their perfume to them that I purchased and they have not refunded and credited my account back in almost 3 months and they are demanding full payment so what I had to do in order to keep my credit score in good standing I have to continue to pay on perfume that I got a loan from to pay from at this point because I'm financially obligated to pay on this loan because this loan company paid this perfume empire company who's on online retailer that you can't smell the actual perfume until it gets to your house so that was the other thing is that I bought perfume that I didn't smell and try out first and now since I've returned it they have their merchandise they haven't refunded me my money as the consumer and they probably have resold both of those bottles of perfume to some other lady out there and now have made double money off of that purchase my purchase that I'm still paying on there's no telephone number to speak to anyone when you send them emails they rarely want to respond to you they do not send you to any escalating manager all you get is an email I have stated to them multiple times that I want someone to pick up a telephone and speak to me over the phone and that I was not going to continue to send them copies of a tracking number and I wasn't going to keep going through the motions is company about the fact that they have their stuff back and they're still charged

    i would never buy again from this "Company" i order 2 perfumes that i never received and they are just telling me check with your local post office.
