      Their client did a hit and run. I gave them a police report and pictures of his license plates and truck. They said their client said he didn't do it so it was denied.

      Absolutely terrible company. They will stall as much as they can. You will go months without any resolution. This company should have an F rating and should be shut down by the ******** ready to file complaints and contact a lawyer if you get hit by someone insured by Aspen.

      So I had my car get totaled by one of their customers on June *********. I spoke with ***************************** my adjuster and she has been the LEAST helpful person I have ever dealt with. Its August 21st 2024 and I have spoken to her ONE TIME since me filing my claim, as well as if you call this company you will be told "We will pass a message and you will hear back within 3-4 business days." Which NEVER happen. 2 weeks ago I was told by *****. "This is the value of your car, accept offer in 3 days if not we will send it no matter what," Which in my opinion should be illegal I was forced to take a check for MY CAR without getting to deem if I was ok with this or not.. A week later I get 2 checks for my cars ACV 1 for $9600 & a second for $1115. I processed this with my bank for the loan and get things squared away, I check my balance a little less then a week later and I'm negative $1,115. DUE to ***************************** sending the 2nd check for $1,115 without doing her job correctly. Now im stuck with ***** in my account due to ********************** MGA ONE not communicating with me properly nor themselves. Very very stressful process and I pray NO ONE has to go through this with them again.

      The initial check to repair the vehicle  was issued to ****************** on June 27th.   The vehicle was declared a total loss on August 1st.    the total loss check was issued on August 7th to replace the original check and a stop pay was placed on the initial check.    We have asked ****************** to provide us with receipts for the bank fees he incurred but he has not provided them to us to date.

      May 2,2024 If I could give them less than 1 star i would This is not my insurance company, I just had the ******************* of being in an accident with one of their customers. My car has been in the shop since March 19, 2024 and it is still not fixed because Aspen will not communicate with the repair shop, today I received a call from the rental car company and they stated I am on the hook for $500.00 in rental fees because Aspen has not paid their invoice and is not responding to their repeated calls, they have even asked for the issue to be escalated 5 times with no response. This has been the worse experience I have ever had trying to get my car fixed and returned. This must be really cheap insurance but please if you have this insurance check into it, you might be able to get better insurance with a different company without paying that much more. My original adjuster is no longer with the company and the adjuster that is currently assigned to my claim will not return my calls, text or e-mails.

      Accident happen back in 11/27/2023 communication from Aspen Insurance is very little to none. I was told they were going to send a letter of release to release the vehicle from the pound yard, I called the following day to let them know I didnt receive the letter via email nor mail. The vehicle ended up being picked up from Aspen Insurance on 12/05/2023 with no saying where the vehicle was taken. I then waited contacted adjuster ********************* to check status and updates. **** stated to me vehicle was a total loss and contact ***************************** and his phone goes straight to voicemail. Then, I have been contacting multiple times to the operator and filed multiple complaints that I have not received no phone calls from management, **** and ****. Here I am still with no answer or phone or even answered emails on 1/30/2024 or an update of where the vehicle is.

      My vehicle was fully insured by Aspen. It was involved in a flood. They picked up my vehicle 6 days ago and deemed it a total loss. Since then the adjuster in total loss department does not accept calls and does not return calls. Communication is the key here.
