    On August 6th, this company finished staining a pergola in my backyard and installing some lights and a ceiling fan. A few days after they had finished, all the grassy area around the pergola (approximately 200 square feet) got yellow and, eventually, it completely dried and needs to be replanted. Another issue was the fan installation. I paid them for this installation, but when I put it to work at a high speed, there was a loud noise and the head of the fan started wobbling. I contacted the owner and his response was this. About the grass, he just said that it was not his problem. About the fan, he stated that he had used screws in the installation. When I replied to him that, regardless of the screws, something had gotten loose there and it was not safe anymore to start that fan as it could fall any time, he just stopped answering my messages.I need, at least, $500 to reseed my backyard and find somebody who can install the fan properly.

    This is a completly irrelevant to the job that it was completed due to the fact that we are not a landscaping company. Every job requested for t his customer were within upfront transparent information included that we do not provided any type of warranty however the client decided to hired us, paid for the service therefore it's nothing else to discussed  other than he /she may need to hire a landsacping company to take care of your lawn.

    In addition to this complaint let me clarify that under this customer name either himself or someone else has been trying to collect money back for the service under a hack attack via my personal email to my business checking account and it's under investigation with Federal and local authorities.

    I will no further will be discussing this case and put to rest and leave up to the authority to determined my bank account situation.

    I do not accept the business response. They did make a faulty installation of a fan, and, something I found recently, the cover they put to my pergola leaks everywhere, when it was supposed to be watertight. To make things worse, those leaks create a safety hazard because of the electrical installation in it. They must stand by their work. That was bad work. They had no landscaping work, however they were not supposed to ruin it as they did. 

    This is not about work guarantee, it is about being professional. Things were not done properly and that was obvious the very moment things were tried. The fan started wobbling seconds after putting it to work. The cover started leaking after five minutes of rain 

    I have tried to talk to them before contacting BBB and my credit card company. They do not even bother to answer. That is unacceptable.

    The screenshot I attach to this message is the last I have sent to them. They made faulty work. They promised that would be sealed and there would be no leaks. That was not true. The cover has been leaking since day one. They took the money and did not want to take any responsibility for their poor work. I have taken care of the landscaping. I am just complaining about the work they did. All the furniture under the pergola is to be covered because of the rain and the electric fans to be unplugged because of the safety hazard when it rains. 

    These people are so unprofessional that I just want to let as many people as possible know before they have the terrible idea of considering them for any jobs.
