This company moved furniture from ****** to ********** ********. Before we left ****** they said they would examine furniture and if there were any damages they would let us know. They never did and I knew there were not any damages. The China cabinet had screws driven through it that were not there before, I had missing shelving from buffet. I advised him and there was not any resolve. I have text with his responses. He said by law he was to pay 60 cents per pound. I want compensation for lost shelves to my buffet and I want compensation for the broken and fractured China cabinet. I have pictures of china cabinet, I sent him picas well. He indicated that the shelves were possibly left at condo in ******, I have pics of condo that shows there was nothing left there either.Business response

Hello let me first start off by apologizing for the late response ****** this move every step of this was explained to the customer and her life partner things that were not moved on the first stage of the move were done so per customers instructions but yet she still complained things were not transported for her that was not our fault due to her life partner saying leaave those items she states there were damages done to her furniture even though every piece was unwrapped in front of her and placed where she ask them to be placed after 3 or 4 times moving them so when she contacted me with theses damage claims we were taken for aloop by her information as if we are not the ones to load and unload her so i asked for her to send me pictures of items and asked if they were still in the same place as we stationed them so she sent partial pictures of the items so when i asked for her to retake the pictures standing away from the items thats when the accusations and her cursing me out by text message started even questioning our legal status to operate in ***** gaves her all credentials and insurance info even though she declined to pay for the extra insurance i still have all the customers text messages and photo she sent so at this time it is an unforunate event for me to have my professional performace questioned by someone who clearly damaged her own furniture trying to move it herself but if damages are not noted when we unwrap the furniture in front of you we have no other option but to decline your statementsBusiness response
