  within only a day or so of baseboards, doors, trim being painted, the paint was peeling off and scratching. There is still tape left up on our ceiling in many places. Doors are not painted completely. there are giant globs of paint from the paint sprayer and runs everywhere. Several pieces of furniture have overspray. Almost all our hardware has paint all over it. Doors are falling off hinges after being taken down and put back up incorrectly so many times that the s**** holes are stripped. From the start of the project, ******* assured me that we'd have a team of 4 guys. We never had more than 2 who arrived around 9:30/10, took a 2 hour lunch break then left by 3:30/4. Communication is a whole different topic too. Time and time again, I would have to reach out to ******* MANY times with no response. He'd finally respond and say he'd be there at X date and time...and never show. If he did show, it was always hours after what we were told. After him pleading with me to pay more than the initial deposit which was outlined in the contract, I was foolish and went against my better judgement and paid for work that was not even close to being done...work that is still incomplete. Our real wood plantation shutters are ruined. We have peeling, chunky, running paint all over them. Several are not even painted. After it became abundantly clear that ********* guys were not going to work a full day, my husband and I painted walls and trim ourselves. Between us, we painted 2 entire rooms, half the trim, &living room walls ourselves. We have been overflowing with patience and ***** yet the sporadic communication I get is him saying he is confused and he thought I was happy despite clear, consistent communication on our end about the incredibly poor workmanship specifically on the shutters, doors, and trim. We are now having to find another painter to repair the issues created by Painters Plus...which will cost thousands. I could go on and on about many other issues.
