The service department is terrible! Not a single person in service has any clue what is going on with my can am or let alone cant even get ahold of ****** the person who is suppose to be handling my warranty claim. My machine was denied by my extended warranty company due to ****** or ridenow power sports of *****************. And my can am x3 is left outside with an exposed engine and clutch barely covered by a small trash can size trash bag. Primary clutch is toast with surface rust and for all I know so is the engine sense it has been sitting outside wide open and getting rained on. DONT DO BUSINESS HERE!

I bought a Can Am ***** in December..Salesman assured me these were great bikes. Within 6 months the bike started getting limp mode issues making it unrideable. I talk to the dealer..and they said it might me as much as a thousand dollars to repair. I know it was a used bike.. But it should last longer than 6 months. Now it just sits there because i dont have the money for repair. Sad

May 10, 2024 my property was hit by two EF2 tornados. My bike was pinned in a collapsed shed under a giant oak tree. Fortunately after freeing my bike, it only had a noise issue and a display screen issue. After taking my bike in for service, they called me and verbally quoted $600 - $700 for the repairs of the issues I was experiencing. They then sent me an invoice trying to charge me over $2,200!!!! I've included photo evidence. Monthly I pay for coverage that is suppose to cover ANYTHING ELECTRICAL as stated by the associates who sold me the bike. My coverage WAS NEVER FACTORED despite the sales associate informing me it is still under warrenty!!!! After having to replace shed, fence, truck windshield, house roof, and items that were NOT salvageable after the tornados, Ride Now decides to try to take advantage!!!! No individual can budget appropriately with misinformation being provided and a sever lack of transparency!!! They misquoted the total cost of repairs and are still attempting to charge labor fees for a service I stated to remove! I'll have my bike serviced elsewhere that won't try to take advantage, lie, and steal.Additionally, I've included pictures of the damage that Ride Now is trying to take advantage of. After informing them I don't have $2,000, DESPITE THEM QUOTING $600 - $700 originally for the services, they are still trying to charge me for the display screen and labor AFTER I REQUESTED THEY TAKE IT OFF AND NOT PREFORM IT!!!! Picture evidence included of the $165 labor they are attempting to charge for whats not being preformed. Even a guy in a red shirt 06/07/24 around 5:55pm attempted to tell the general manager that they didn't do that!!!!! PLEASE SEE ATTACHED DOCUMENTATION! I'd be more willing to provide the email invoices I've recieved from this service department!!!! Never again!!!!!!!!!

They scan customers and treat you like youre less than after you spend your money. They are terrible at resolving customer complaints. I have spent over $60K with this company and treat like garbage by their managers anytime I have an issue. They take zero accountability for any issue they create. I am discriminated against for being gay and belittle for being a woman by this company.

This has to be the worst place to buy anything, much less a 15k dollar machine. I tried for close to a month to purchase a 2023 Segway 64". Started with *******************************. I was lied to, ignored, and lied to again, and ignored again. I live hours away from dealer and they could have cared less. I tried the Ridenow message/chat. Well that took a week to get a response from the internet manager And multiple times I had to reach out to that same chat/message for help. ******* replies and guess what what it's to late they are gonna hold it for someone. My guess is they use customers to their benefit and bid them against each other. I made cash offers, I asked for their cash price. Not once did I get a response either way until a month later, and it's to late. My review will not stop here, trust. Being in the radio business will go along way here. The only reason I chose this particular dealer is because it was the closest and still hours away. A month at least I tried to spend my money here. I guess the new owners don't need to sell stuff or have so much money they don't care. You will be seeing more from me as far as reviews all over the place. I normally don't review anything, but I will not let this slide. Treated me like I was just a bull c*** piece af garbage.another thing to let you know they use customers. Unit still sitting on the internet for sale. Reached out as a generic customer and they tried to sell it to me. Terrible, disgusting way to do business

Started the process to purchase a 2022 Can Am Commander listed at $14,595. Talked to ***** in sales who explained to me that the used vehicle make ready cost and cost of repairs totaled out the cost $18,595. When I expressed to him that his sales tactics were disingenuous at best he shrugged it off and said have a nice day. They do not list the actual sales price online.

Went to purchase a Kawasaki Mule for advertised price of $8900. Spoke to Bri on the phone to confirm unit and price. Up on arrival **** after waiting 2 hours on finance they came out with a price of over $14999.

This corporation came in and fired everyone in their ************ location a week before Christmas with no warning. Closed the location leaving the entire staff with no jobs. This is the worst powersports company in the industry.

Ok, so I'm new to the motorcycle buying process, After calling around for 6 weeks this ***** CB500F I found was listed for $4.515.00 with **** miles. So I drove 3 1/2 hours to this dealership to purchase my (first bike, EVER). The bike was in great shape, so I was excited about the purchase. So my plan was to put $2000 down and finance the difference. Here's were the fun started. After waiting for just over an hour, the finance guy returned with the following buyers order.Assembly Fee: $1,297.65 -State Taxes: $441.81 Documentation Fee: $499.00 -Extended Warranty - $999.00 (2yrs) - Give or take 1,2, or 3 year price varied.Life-time battery fee: $499.00.After all was said and done I was $8,267.94. I went from $4,515.00 to $8,267.94, give or take 1,2, or 3 year extended warranty. So when buying a used bike I'm assuming the bike was assembled for the original buyer, or is that not correct? So I basically countered removing Assembly fee, extended warranty, LT ******** and offered $250 for documentation fee totaling; $5,222.00. Now that I had time to think about this process, I'm thinking this was customer bias based. I my follow-up with a law suit.

What I think. It's messed up that I go to freedom power sports got a lone to get a rzr **** side by side bring it home an from the first day I had it. It hasn't ran right yes it's used I understand that but when they get it back from someone they supposed to go over it that's why I got the *** package deal for it to be fixed an not charge me anything. This makes the second time it's been in the shop since I've had it an I've only had it not even a year yet. It's been in the shop longer than I've had it at home. They still expect me to keep paying for something that in there shop that me or my children can't I enjoy. What makes it worse every time I call to find out something nobody knows what's wrong with it an I never can get anyone to call me back to let me know anything I'm the one that's always having to call to find out that no one still don't know what's wrong with it. The mechanics are supposed to be trained professionals but no one knows something don't sound right to me. I believe I an everyone else that has or is going through the same thing should be offered (1 )either reversed the money they spent on it or (2) offered to trade it in for another one for the same price. I'm to the point where I'm ready to get my attorney on this. If we don't pay the bill they get the side by side back an it goes on our credit score. So either way everyone that's dealing with what I'm dealing with is losing no matter witch way y'all look at it. That's not right we all would appreciate something would go our way an help out
