  This company contacted me in September 2022 to advertise with a local high school for their upcoming basketball season. I received a tip from another vendor on the same T-shirt that this was a scam. After calling this Highschool, they informed me that they do not conduct business with Elite Sport Promo. I contacted ES Promo to ask about this and they claimed they had a contract with the cheer coach. I contacted the cheer coach and was told by her as well that they do not do business with this company. She also told me that Elite Sport Promo continues to use her name and provide false information. I would like my money returned and an apology from this company for false information. This company will not answer their phones or return emails.

  I have attached the only invoice we have with MK Electrical along with their email response allowing us to process payment. I have also attached our signed contract we have with *********************. This Customer has not emailed us any other time to discuss the purchased T-shirts.

  I am rejecting this response because: My contract is signed with ES sports Advertising. Their signed contract is with " Sports Media Advertising" check the letter heads on their contract. This is void. Allatoona signed contract is also dated from 2020.

  Our contract with ********************* is valid. Our old Company name was Sports Media we are now Elite Sports, we own the rights to our old contracts. The School contract also states "All contracts will automatically renew unless cancelled in
  writing by end of contracted year" the contract was signed in 2020 and the terms are for 2 years we also have no cancellation request in writing from Allatoona.

  I am rejecting this response because:
  Alatoona high school claims they're Es ,sports. Sports advertising or whatever name they want to use has not fulfilled their items as promised. This company speaks for itself with both names has failed BB claims, and reviews. They change their name to continue to fraud the public. As far as I'm concerned changing names in the middle of a contract term and not having an updated contract in their " new" name is not acceptable.

  Elite Sports contacted me stating they were working with a local *********** and were seeking businesses to pay for advertisements in the form of T-Shirts and Banners. I made two transactions with Elite Sports the first one, charged to my credit card on 6/6/2022 for $310 and the second, charged on 8/2/2022 for $700. They contacted me again for a different school wanting more money for a banner. I reached out to both of the local schools they claim to be working with and neither school was affiliated with Elite Sports in any way. They lied to me saying they had a contract with said schools and my items would be used for advertisement. I contacted them via e-mail on 10/17/2022 requesting a refund and they denied it. They then continued to solicit me for more money for "advertisement" with schools they have no contracts with. They mislead me to believe they were working with my local schools and then wrongfully took my money knowing that my "advertisement" would not be used by the schools.

  I was contacted by ************************* yesterday saying that they received our Banner but that Elite does not give the school anything and they are scammers. I paid $800. for a banner I would normally pay $50. for but I was told all of the proceeds go to *************************

  Elite Sports promos contacted us saying they were trying to get sponsors for the local high school football team. They would create a banner to be hung on the football field, our business name would be mentioned during half time and t-shirts with the school logo on front and our logo on back ( along with other sponsors on it ) would be sold by the school to raise money. Of course there were different sizes of the logo you could purchase for different amounts of money. They also tried to get you to buy cups or other items too. They continued to call and say they were running specials and we could get a certain amount of product for a great deal because they had extras left from our school! They would also call and try to get us to sponsor the volley ball team and baseball team. Thank God we did not and told them we were all sponsored out for the year. We went to the football field and discovered our banner was not hanging. We contacted the school and they said they don't work with Elite! I called Elite and they ignored many of my calls. When I did talk to someone they said it wasn't their problem the school chose to use the FREE product. But Elite made all these false promises. What they are doing is called deceptive fraud. I'm sure we will not get our $1510.00 back but maybe this will raise a red flag for other consumers. I did report them to the ******* Attorney general's office in *******, where we live and in *****, where they are located. If Elite Sports Promos, LLC. Is reading this...Shame on you. You didn't just take our money, you took from that school too.

  I am rejecting this response because:

  The school denies receiving any product. 500 shirts is alot of shirts to misplace and a banner. Further more, the cheer coach that signed the contract no longer works for that school.  Even after I told Elite the high-school has their own booster program they still called and asked for money.   They know exactly what they are doing. We would like our money back so it can be donated to the school as intended.

  Please refund my $2120. I am no longer interested in working with your company. As you already know, the banner and t-shirts I ordered never arrived at *********************. Nor did the school know anything about the products. Refund my money immediately

  I was contacted by Elite Sports to sponsor the local football team by purchasing a 3x3 logo on their t-shirts that would be distributed at the football games. They contacted me later about purchasing a banner that would be hung from August to August at the football games, soccer games, etc. When I reached out to the company to see why these havent been hung up, I have received no response as of 10/7/2022. I have spent $800 toward these items and the school has no acknowledgement of this company or these products. Elite Sports did provide tracking numbers showing the items delivered in July, but theres no proof that there are any banners or t-shirts actually delivered.

I would strongly encourage you to respond to the cheer coachs emails regarding the wording tigers ********* on the shirts. It sounds like there was no communication as to what these shirts would look like.   The issue I have with this company, along with all of the other bad reviews they have received saying the same this, is that they claim they have tracking numbers for all items and therefore are not held responsible for what happens once they are delivered, but again, just like every other reviewer has stated, the school does not know where these items are at, if they did show up to the school in the middle of July when the school is closed. I dont know how this company keeps getting away with this.

  May 20th, 2022 I signed up for a sponsor package for promotional products to be distributed during home football games. This package included a banner (to be hanged along the field), t-shirt ad space, 200 cups, 100 mini footballs (that would be distributed by the cheer squad during games).I went to the first home game where I learned that banners are not allowed to be hanged on the field.I paid $1700 for this package on May 20th, 2022 Please see my credit card statement that shows the date of the transaction. I also attached the email explaining what the starter package included. If you look at the last page of the email, you can see that "Q" assured me that banner would be hanged on the field.

  Our local community high school has it own *********************** We go to our local business and look for our own sponsorships. Elite does not have a contract with our school or our booster club! A small business owner came screaming about her sign! We had no clue what she was talking about. Elite kept calling her telling her that they were art on our booster club. We are out money due to this scam that could have helped our Athletes! Elite needs to refund the customer for false representation of Momence Athletic Boosters.

  Attached is the school contract we have with ******************* Signed by ***************************** on 6/21/21 This agreement confirms that Elite Sports will provide ******************* with free spirit items through coordination community sponsorship. All proceeds generated by sales of these products will be kept by the school. Distribution of the items is the sole responsibility of the school. Going through our invoices I attached the only sponsorship that we communicated with. We also have tracking to provide the order filled and delivered to the school.

  It has came to my attention that Elite Sports is using deceitful business practices. They do not have a relationship with the schools (***********************, ************ ** and ********************************, ******* **) they claim to. I have tried to contact Elite Sports through phone and email for 3 weeks over not holding up your end of the contract. I have paid:$1010.00 on 5/6/2022 $1010.00 on 6/2/2022 $2020.00 on 7/1/2022 $4040.00 Total I am requesting a full refund of all of these services, due to the fact Elite Sports indeed have no relationship with the schools they claim to represent and after months of waiting have indeed failed to produce a banner hung at football stadiums, hundreds of t-shirts to be tossed out at games etc. I have reached out to school administration to confirm. They do all their advertising locally. This unethical business practice and is predatory in nature. I sent an email on Monday 8/15/2022 requesting a refund and have called at least 3 times daily since 8/1/2022 and your customer service hasnt answered the phone replied to email, or responded to voicemails. I have spoken with the ART department, ***** about this matter, the ART department is an accomplices to these fraudulent acts and complicit in continuing the fraudulent story, and executing credit card fraud.

  I was contacted on 02/22/2022 about sponsoring a local high school cheer team. There were multiple options options for sponsorship, we choose a 3x3 ad on the back of a tshirt for $300. We paid the sponsorship on 02/23/022 and told we would also be getting a copy of the tshirt. We were then contacted again, and told they had one last spot for a banner sponsorship 6 ft x 3 ft at a discounted rate of $500 (originally $1000). We paid the $500.00 on 4/18/2022. Also received a W9 from the company. We were then contacted on 04/27/2022 by the *********** saying this was a scam and they never contacted the business to work with them. They tried contacting them multiple times to no avail.
