  If I could leave 0 stars I would. These people are a HUGE SCAM! I've given them $8,525 over the past 3 years thinking we where sponsoring the ********************* high school team. My daughter happen to start playing volleyball and her practice and games where in the high school gym. I noticed our banner was no where to be found. When talking to the athletic director he had no idea who these people were and no idea about any of the money we have donated. These people are terrible human beings.

  We were approached by Elite Sports last year. The ask was for us to be a sponsor for a local high school and would have our logo on the backs of their shirts. The sponsorship was small...like $300 maybe? So we went ahead and moved forward with the sponsorship. They DID send us a t-shirt with our logo on it, but it was SO poorly done...it was clearly printed on an in-home iron-on sheet and ironed onto a VERY cheap shirt. I legit felt bad for the kids at the school. This year, they called again. I asked if the quality of the shirts improved and they assured me they were, so we actually were going to take the risk on the $1800 option that allowed for a banner and cups and mini footballs as well. We were going through the verification process and they had my card on file from last year. Something about the way they communicated with me made me feel uneasy, so I contacted the school they claimed this was for, and the school said they had never heard of or done business with them. They told me where they get their banners and materials and it was in no way associated with Elite Sports. I also was charged, WITHOUT my authorization, $1810 because they had my card on file. I received an invoice, and then a receipt, but never gave my approval. Interestingly enough, BEFORE taking my money, they were so responsive. I'd get a call back within 5 minutes after emailing and they would answer their phone. Since taking our money, they have not been reachable. I already called and reported the fraudulent charges to my bank and they are issuing me a new card since I do not trust Elite Sports not to use the current without my consent. But I wanted BBB, the company, AND other people getting calls from them to be made aware. UPDATE: They emailed me back claiming that because it SEEMED like I was going to move forward with the order, they went ahead and. But the thing is...IT WAS NEVER APPROVED OR AUTHORIZED!!! When I reported it to customer service, no one ever responded to me.

  On 03/21/2025, I received a phone call on my business line from a representative of Elite Sports Promos. They falsely claimed to be working in partnership with the ***************** in **************. They stated that they had been authorized by the school to collect advertising funds and place business logos on 500 t-shirts that would be distributed and sold by the school.Believing their claims, I agreed to purchase a 6x3 advertisement space on the t-shirts for $500. I paid a deposit of $260.00 via debit card. The representative told me their "art department" would be contacting me within 30 minutes to collect my logo and text for printing. I never received a call, email, or any follow-up.Over the following days, I attempted to reach the company three times via phone. I was only able to leave voicemails and received no return calls. After growing suspicious, I researched Elite Sports Promos and discovered numerous complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and other online forums alleging scam and fraudulent behavior, specifically falsely claiming partnerships with schools to collect money from small businesses.I then directly contacted the ************ which confirmed in writing that they have never heard of or done business with Elite Sports Promos. At that point, I contacted my bank, filed a dispute for the $260 payment, and replaced my company debit card to prevent future charges.This company appears to be intentionally deceiving businesses by misrepresenting themselves as school partners and profiting from these scams. This fraudulent activity not only ***** small business owners like myself but also undermines trust in legitimate school fundraising efforts.

  This company charged by business card for a sponsorship I did not give them approval for. I never would have moved forward after finding out the truth after the first sponsorship. We ordered shirts for the basketball season. "basketball" was spelt Baskitball" and the shirts were never delivered nor was our company called out during half time. This company commits fraud at the highest level.

  This company is a huge scam, and unfortunately, I fell victim when trying to sponsor the basketball team I played for in high school.

  This business contacted me, alleging to be from my local high school. I learned they are a promotions firm attempting to sell products from out of state. All that may be okay.Where things went wrong were in the lack of transparency, over-charging for their "service" and billing my credit card long before I agreed (they didn't wait for me to approve the artwork that was supposedly going on t-shirts). Multiple attempts to reach ***, the person who reached out alleging to be from my local high school, have failed. He stopped responding as soon as I noted all of the red flags and asked for them to refund what I had originally agreed to. I have reported the incident to the high school. I would not do business with this company - very shady.

  We purchased the shirts and banners from these people and our banners were never put up like they said they would be. This company is a huge scam and once you pay the only time you hear from them is when they are trying to sell more stuff to you.

  As a coach being reached out to I was happy to have a company handle sponsors. That is until they start calling and saying theyre FROM the school, which they arent. Also, signed contract stated items that would be sent- never received. Shirts? Theyre crunchy, horrible quality.Ive left I dont know how many voicemails and have yet to receive a call back. Emails? Forget being responded to if theres an issue. Theyre quick to answer when they want your business. They emailed me saying they were working on a reprint on shirts. A month ago. Still no update. Steer clear from this company. I regret ever agreeing to it & now am stuck in a contract I cant get out of. Which I would LOVE to drop.

  COMPLETE SCAM!!We made the mistake once of giving them money thinking they were legitimately involved with our local HS Football Team. Had no concerns until it came time to provide them with our business logo/artwork for them to use for the promotional products. Sent me all the normal information but never responded to any follow-up emails or phone calls with my concerns about them confirming the work or timeline of promo products, etc.. Then come to find out ( directly through our school Booster rep ) that they are in no way affiliated with the school and that they have no authority to use the school's information or logo for any work. We "bought" a banner which never received, mini footballs with our logo which we never received and our logo on shirts sent to the school. They did send shirts to the school ( maybe like 10 of them ) but they were HORRIBLE quality. All the colors faded, basically looked like an iron on patch for each of the businesses and the schools logo colors weren't even correct. Since then, they try to contact us for every new "sport season" and refuse to stop emailing!
