First contacted my business back in 2021 where they proclaimed to be affiliated with the local highschool. Us being a new business in the area i assumed they really were. I have over 30 emails back and forth from them claiming i was getting x,y,z such as footballs with our logo, cups with our logo, hand clappers, shirts, a banner with our logo all for the local school to throw out during games. After the first year we seen ZERO kickback from it from the school advertising so i didnt want to do it again. All to be harassed numerous times by them via email, calls texts all which are costing me money since ALL of our calls are recorded. Finally i gave in and said ok after the convinced me it takes a few years of advertising to see a return. They also started charging me for the other school about 15 minutes away, when i questioned it i got no reply from them. So after spending thousands of dollars again for another year i wasnt going to do it again. Then last year one of my employees actually worked at the school and we got to talking about it and she said she has no idea who i was talking about bc they dont do and havent ever done what i had just paid thousands of dollars for ($9500) to be exact for the last 3 years. I contacted the school to find out this company really isnt affiliated with them they had no idea who they were. I tried calling the company numerous times, send multiple emails demanding a refund with no reply until here recently they once again are harassing my employees calling numerous times leaving voicemails, and now just sent another agreement stating they are charging my card. I AM CONTACTING OUR ATTORNEY. This company is a scam and has taken almost ****** from us when they are claiming to be affiliated with local schools and they really arent,

Elite Sports Promotions had a contract previously with our, ************************ athletic department. That contract allowed them to use our name, solicit funds and in return we received money and promotional items. That contract expired in 2023. The company is continuing to call local companies and continue to operate as if under contract. Elite Sports has been contacted by phone, email and fax of the desire to stop. We, ************************ asked for a simple acknowledgement that they would stop. It has been discovered that they have not stopped using our athletic department name and/or raising money. Yet have they to respond and acknowledge our desire.

June 7, 2023, **** with Elite Sports promotions contacted my business, ******************** located in ********, ** on behalf of ************************* (one of our local HSs & where my son is a Junior at) looking for boosters for the ***** Basketball Team. sponsorship level of $1000 would be for a 6 x 3 banner with my logo on it that would be on displayed in the *************************** of my business would be made throughout the basketball games as a sponsor. Also $500 sponsorship would be for **shirts with my logo to be handed out during the games by the cheerleading team. I agreed to sponsorship of the banner and the **shirts. The total was $1500 with a majority of the funds going directly to the school. On November 20th **** contacted me about sponsorship for the **** football season. I agreed to the same sponsorship of $1500 for the banner and **Shirts. The banner nor **shirts were ever delivered to the school for the basketball season. On December 11th I emailed the school that they should not be doing business with Elite sports since they failed to deliver the banner, **shirts, and no announcements of my business had been at any of the games. At that time I was informed that Elite sports is in NO WAY representing ************************* nor has the school received any sponsorship MONEY. The athletic Director has no knowledge of any sponsorship nor boosters coming through Elite sports.I have informed my bank to stop any payments and have called Elite sports numerous times with no return phone calls from the voicemails I have left. On January 18, **** someone at elite sports finally answered & I spoke with ****** who says management will call me back Elite sports has proven themselves to be deceptive & I doubt I will be hearing back from them.Elite sports is a fraudulent business. They have not produced any products I paid for, nor are they representing the school that I was sponsoring.

I am the athletic director at a high school in *******. About a month ago, a box of t-shirts arrived at my office addressed to our cheer coach. The shirts are very cheaply made with the name of our school on the front, along with a picture of our old mascot. On the back is an advertisement for a business in a nearby community. I contacted our cheer coach who said she did not order these shirts. I next contacted the business that advertised on the back of the shirt. Just like the other complaints on here, Elite Sports reached out to a local business saying that they are working with the school and making whatever promises to the advertising business.By filing this complaint, I am hoping to get a response from Elite Sports. Typically, when someone complains on here, they reply by providing contracts they have with the school. I have left a voice mail with Elite Sports and also sent an email asking for any contracts they have with our school. They do not answer their phone and have not replied to my email. It is unfortunate that this business uses schools as a way to make money while providing nothing to the school itself in return.

We were contacted from this company at the end of September 2022 asking to help sponsor our local high school basketball team for the 2022-23 season. The claimed they would put our logo on several promotional products to be distributed at games as well as post a banner. We also elected to sponsor the football team the 2023-24 season and again the Cheer and basketball season for the 2023-24 season. These products were never delivered to the school and actually this company was never hired by the school. After becoming suspicious because my daughter who was a student at this school had never seen any banner in the gym or the football field or any of the promotional items at games, I contacted the school's athletic director. They confirmed they had no affiliation nor ever received any of the items. Please see the attached email from the school. This is fraud and theft. We were contacted by ****************, ***************, ***********************, and *******************************.

On 2/07/23 our office was contacted by ******************************* about sponsoring the upcoming football season for one of the local high schools. On 2/08/23 the customer service department sent us our agreement and a W9 form reflecting EIN 86-2585471. On 3/21/23 Astro ***** emailed our office asking if we wished to purchase 600 additional cups at the request of the "cheer coach". We declined. Again on 5/24/23 Astro ***** sent the same email requesting the same purchase. We again declined. On 7/24/23 ******************************* contacted us about sponsoring the basketball season for the upcoming school year for the same local high school. We again agreed On 8/01/23 the customer service department sent us the agreement with the same W9 form mentioned above. On 9/14/23 we contacted ******************************* about our banner not being displayed at the first home football game. No response from **** has been received to date. on 9/15/23 the customer service team reached out placing blame on the school. They attached a proof of delivery. A heated email exchange begins. ***** cannot confirm what was sent using the tracking ID provided by ******************************************************************. The school has nothing. An email exchange to the ** department, **** and the athletic director of the local school confirmed that the school has zero relationship with this company. Elite Promo Sports included a contract with an electronic signature of said "cheer coach" that is for 2021-2023 but the school confirmed the electronic signature they have on file is by an employee who has not been employed in 3 years. There is also no date on the contract. We contacted **************** to dispute the charges and they found the charges went to a photographer in ******, **. The photographer has been contacted. Elite has not provided us with their attorney's info except for a gmail email address. He or she also has not responded to that email. They got defensive when I informed that we feel scammed by them. I think the statement is fair and true.

This Customer was contacted to sponsor their local high school *************************. They purchased a package through us and gave us permission to take payment. We did provide the signed contract by the Cheer Coach the contract terms are from 2021-2023 therefore Football season of 2023 it is a valid contract. We were not notified of any staff change the school had so the signature we have is believed to be the current cheer coach. The email thread provided per this complaint is proof that they agreed to payment, sent the signed contract to view themselves, ***** proof of delivery which makes the school responsible for displaying the items once received, also explained in the terms and conditions. Once legal action was mentioned we provided our attorneys contact information for them to reach out and get this situation resolved. A refund will not be issued due to product being produced and delivered.

      Complaint: 20631421

I am rejecting this response because: the company misleads it's customers into thinking they are sponsoring the local high school when in fact they are not. Again, as confirmed by the school, the contract that they claim to have signed using an electronic signature, not a pen and paper signature, and without a contract date by someone who was not employed by the school at the time of signature is a null and void contract. The signature would have had to be obtained in 2019 for that employee to sign anything and it appears that Elite Promos Sports was created in 2020. It also ran our credit card charges under a photography studio based out of ****** *****. We agreed to sponsor the school's football team. We agreed to purchase a banner (that the school says was never delivered and would have been purchased through it's booster club and not this random company) and cups with our logo on it that the school again does not have or would be giving out. We agreed to payment based on the terms of this agreement. This agreement is not valid, it was never satisfied. The contract you have with the school was only shown to us when we cc'd the school on the email for validation. What we paid for were never delivered nor would they have ever been delivered. Their gmail attorney with no name has not responded to our email yet either. ****** this company. ******** search this company. There are dozens of complaints about the business they are running. There are news paper articles written about the business they are running. There is a school district on ******** who opened a complaint with the local sheriff's office. It's a consistent pattern of misleading customers and misrepresenting exactly what your company is. For the record your employee who signed his or her email as ****** Office Managers as their name is who first threatened legal action first because they don't understand how slander works. They should also practice grammar, customer service and many other basic office duties. Most normal companies don't get as nasty, defensive and grammatically incorrect as yours did in your response emails once we started asking questions about where the product is that we paid for. Unless we caught you doing something you shouldn't be doing.

      Regards,

      *****************************

Our business was contacted in April 2023 to sponsor t-shirts for the upcoming football season for the ************************. When received our sample shirt, the name of the town is spelled incorrectly on the front of the shirt. I immediately reached out by email and got no response. I have tried calling and gotten no answer.

I am rejecting this response because:

I received my sponsor shirt with the misspelling on 8/4/2023. I emailed the company on 8/7 to let them know I was unhappy to see this error. I have had no direct contact with them since that time, and while their response through BBB states that an immediate reprint as issued, I have not received a corrected sponsor shirt as of this reply. As such, I have seen no proof that they have corrected their mistake.

We corrected this mistake as soon as it was brought to our attention. This mistake happened on Aug 7th and the customer received the revised correct version on Sept 11th. This issue was handled immediately. Proof of delivery is attached.

I am rejecting this response because:
I did receive a replacement shirt in the afternoon after my previous reply. The printing is of poor quality.

Additionally, our local school district issued a statement in regards to this situation. Elite Sports was not authorized to collect donations on behalf of the school district. Elite Sports misrepresented the situation when they called to solicit donations.

We've been approached by Elite Sports Promos multiples time to support a local highschool football and basketball team. We committed two different times to sponsor banners that were supposed to be hung in the gym and on the football field. After recently contacting the athletic director at the school, we were horrified to find out that this company was not hired by the school, none of the monies have been given to the school and the banners were never hung as promised. We would like a full refund for the $2,000 we have paid.

      Business response

I have attached the signed legal contract we have with ********************** as well as the ***** tracking proof of delivery. A refund will not be provided based on creating and shipment of product.
