We purchased a banner for $1000 to be hung at ******************* in *******, ** from 8/1/24 to 8/1/25. The banner was never hung, I went several times to make sure it was/wasn't hung. I called Elite Sports to let them know and they didn't answer the phone or return my emails. I then called ******************* and they said they are not affiliated with Elite Sports and we were scammed. I would like to get my $1000 back.Initial Complaint

I am the owner of a School of Rock franchise music school located in *****, **. We engage with *********************** companies for branded promotional items or signage at area venues, including local Public Schools. On March 8, 2024, we received a solicitation from "Elite Sports Promos" for sponsorship opportunities with **************************. We agreed to purchase a package that placed our logo on t-shirts that would be given out to students, faculty, and parents. We paid $310. on 3/13/2024 with our business debit card via phone. On April 12th, we received another solicitation from Elite Sports Promos for a banner to be placed at the *****************************. We originally declined, but eventually accepted a discounted offer on May 13th. We made two payments of $250. each on 5/13/2024 and 7/13/2024 for a total of $500.On October 10th, we got a phone call from ************** Advertising, a local marketing company with whom we also have contact. They told us that the banner we had purchased for the football field had never been delivered or placed, and that it could not be displayed because Shore Advertising has an exclusive contract with the *****************************I emailed **************** at ********************************************* and they replied with a copy of their purported contract and the name of the person at the *********** who signed it. I reached out to that person and got a reply from the school's Athletic Director that the contract was fake and the person named has no legal authority to sign such a contract.I searched Elite Sports Promos on the Better Business Bureau website and found a F rating with 3 years worth of complaints for this exact pattern of fraud. I emailed Elite Sports again demanding a refund of the total $810 we paid them, but have not received a response. I also opened a fraud investigation with my bank where the charges were made.I have a complete record of the emails exchanged with this company that I can provide on request.Initial Complaint

This company is fraudulently contacting small businesses claiming to be affiliated with local schools and facilitating advertising/marketing for the school district's athletic programs. We have given them thousand of dollars assuming we were donating to a local school and getting some advertising at their events, only to learn that this company has no affiliation to the school district whatsoever and has been pocketing our money with no advertising involved. When we confronted them about the fraudulent activity, they were aggressive and rude, but did "refund" us our latest "invoice". THIS IS A SCAM.Initial Complaint

Someone from Elite Sports reached out in regards to sponsoring the upcoming football season for one of the local football teams. We went through all the options and choose to sponsor the t-shirts. We received a sample shirt that was very low quality, but that wasn't a big deal because we were just trying to support. A few months later I was contacted again to support the winter basketball season that was coming up. I asked about a different school that was where I went to school. A few days went by they contacted me back and explained they got that contract and asked would I sponsor. Since I was a returning sponsor I would get a discount, so I did. However I started noticing a pattern with their phone calls and requesting donations. I reached out to the 1st sponsored school and they knew nothing about it. When the representive from Elite sports called again, I begn to ask questions about delivery of items, POCs with the school and documentation. I received an email that looks like a made up word document with tracking information, as well as "signed" contracts from the schools POC.5/6/24 and 8/20/24 transactions were completed. Total amount given before thinking it was a scam was $920...Initial Complaint

This past May I paid roughly $1700 to Elite Sports for T-Shirts and a banner that would be displayed at ***************'s football field for the Fall of 2024. I was told the sponsorship would include advertising on social media and announcements at sporting events. Turns out they are not contracted with Parkway Central and this was a scam. I continue to read about others having similar experiences and am shocked they are allowed to continue to operate. Please shut them down before they damage other small businesses.Initial Complaint

I requested this be rectified by email, sent pictures, phone calls with no resoloution. I was offered to buy $1000 ad and get $500 credit towards that.. My company has sponsored the Douglas County Husky football teem shirt for the past few years and the quality of the shirts has completely deteriorated. We made it very clear to Mr. **************** who was the account manager of this project that we were not interested in re-sponsoring this year unless the quality of the shirts improved dramatically. Specifically, we were told that the logos would be screen printed not iron on patches. We were mailed a sample shirt an lo and behold its the same low quality shirt with iron on logos. We are demanding a full refund immediately, we will also be visiting with the sports director at ************************** about this to investigate if this company actually does provide the shirts for this and we will be pulling our funding from not only the football program but all the sports programs we have invested in with them until they find another provider. Furthermore, we do not wish to receive any further requests from Elite Sports for ANY sponsorship opportunities. We have called the customer service line numerous times with no response and all the contacts we have for this company do not answer or respond. Furthermore we are opening a formal fraud claim on our company card.Initial Complaint

First contacted my business back in 2021 where they proclaimed to be affiliated with the local highschool. Us being a new business in the area i assumed they really were. I have over 30 emails back and forth from them claiming i was getting x,y,z such as footballs with our logo, cups with our logo, hand clappers, shirts, a banner with our logo all for the local school to throw out during games. After the first year we seen ZERO kickback from it from the school advertising so i didnt want to do it again. All to be harassed numerous times by them via email, calls texts all which are costing me money since ALL of our calls are recorded. Finally i gave in and said ok after the convinced me it takes a few years of advertising to see a return. They also started charging me for the other school about 15 minutes away, when i questioned it i got no reply from them. So after spending thousands of dollars again for another year i wasnt going to do it again. Then last year one of my employees actually worked at the school and we got to talking about it and she said she has no idea who i was talking about bc they dont do and havent ever done what i had just paid thousands of dollars for ($9500) to be exact for the last 3 years. I contacted the school to find out this company really isnt affiliated with them they had no idea who they were. I tried calling the company numerous times, send multiple emails demanding a refund with no reply until here recently they once again are harassing my employees calling numerous times leaving voicemails, and now just sent another agreement stating they are charging my card. I AM CONTACTING OUR ATTORNEY. This company is a scam and has taken almost ****** from us when they are claiming to be affiliated with local schools and they really arent,
