      The Mediserv, *** Legal team that operates Chartswap and legal inquiries are extremely unprofessional in their responses and does not always honor requests fully even after invoices are paid. They make it extremely difficult for legal offices to receive requested information even after successfully going through all of their rules. There definitely has to be a change in staff or management. I have witnessed this for the entire 10 years I have dealt with them on several hundreds of requests. I will give 0 stars if it was an option.

      I have been trying to resolve a bill with them for several months. I have 2 insurances that have yet to be billed. I have provided the information to them a couple of times, and yet it stills showing that has not been payed. i called my insurance and they said they have not gotten a bill from them. How can they pay it, when they don't have it? i was told by insurance that have them call us and we can get this resolved. I called them and the person I spoke with said, we can not call them. Have to wait 30 minutes to talk to someone who provides very poor customer service. I understand their wanting to get paid, but you need to do things on your end.

      They have billed me saying I am past due when I never received an invoice. They need to be investigated.

      Texas Medicine Resources apparently sends billing over to a collection agency instead of the patient. We received absolutely NO notification of a balance due. Just a letter from the collection agency. These guys need to be investigated.

      Texas Medicine Resources is billing me for alleged services provided by **** Regional Medical Center without sending me a **** in any format. Because payment was not provided they sent it to a collection agency. They have been damaging my previous excellent credit rating and I am angry! I plan to contact them by phone and see if that works!
