      ****** took possession of our four cabinet doors April ******* with the promise of returning them painted within one week, April *******. Regrettably, the promised timeline was not met and she has now had them for 3 months. She has now told us six different times that she was bringing them and has not shown up with very little to no communication. We sent her a Request To Return Property on July 1, 2024 for them to be returned by July 7, 2024 by 6pm which she failed to do but acknowledged the email. This has gone on way too long and we want our property back.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I dont care that you did this for free. You said this would be finished in ONE WEEK, and here we are FOUR MONTHS later! We also never requested new doorstime and time again, weve asked you to just bring back our original doors.You already stated to us that the work was done on the original cabinets and you just had to bring them, that was MAY *******, so why havent they been returned to us? We dont want new doors; we want our own back! You have also stated over 7 times now that you are bringing them or that you will make sure they are delivered and have NEVER shown up so I have extremely little faith that you will show up this time. This has dragged on for way too long and is utterly ridiculous and unprofessional.

      hey so sorry you never said you wanted new doors you did say you wanted me just to paint the old doors you had so i made new ones to match your existing ones but regardless wana get these doors to you i did text you this morning at 8:05 am it's now 3:10pm asking for your adress i do not have it because this is a new phone same number just new phone so messages are not on here either way want you to have these doors can you please respond to my message with adress

      We hired Keys To Elevation on March 11th,2022. We paid her *****. They committed to provide us custom cabinet fronts and drawers which included paint and material. We did not have cabinets for 4 months because she had to redo them 4 times. After the 4th we are not satisfied by her work and she never finished leaving us with unfinished cabinets! We tried to get our money back but she wont give us our money. Our cabinets are still unfinished with a lot of defects.

      Ordered item in ******* used affirm which is a company that helps you pay for a transaction in 4 or more payments while receiving your item. Made all 4 payments, on December 2021 recieved a text stating I owe 65 in shipping fees. Afterwards no correspondence until I February of 2022 thar stated my item will be shipped shortly. Nothing has been shipped.
