      On July 26, 2024, I was denied financing from Mercedes Benz Financial Services; from here on out mentioned as MBFS; after completing a four year/48 month lease with NO missed payments. I received a callback from a representative named ********/******** from MBFS stating my credit application was denied, after asking the reason why she stated, "I do not know because we don't deal with that. You will receive a letter in seven to ten days detailing the reason why." I found that to be odd as she was the live human representative calling me back telling me I was denied credit. I am a victim of Identity theft, which I made MBFS aware of this soon as it was brought to my attention once reviewing my credit report(s). After chatting with several different representatives, at different times and dates, and while receiving different information every time, hesitantly I sent in my credit application along with a letter, again explaining my current situation with my credit status. I also made MBFS aware that I have taken the proper steps with filing the necessary reports in order for the credit agencies to do their investigation(s). That investigation is still ongoing, however some fraudulent reporting items have been deleted from certain reports. I have mentioned to a representative my MBFS account was reporting as closed on my credit reports. She stated in a condescending tone, "I've never heard that. No one has said that to me before". As if I was lying to her (See attachments). She stated she was told for me to dispute it with the credit agencies. Again blowing me and my concerns off. After speaking with a nicer **** *****, he asked me about my monthly or annual expenses. I told him roughly the amount I make from my employer, which is roughly $3,064/monthly & about $1,500/monthly from other sources. I would truly hate to believe I am being discriminated against as I have some issues with the leasing dealership and their financing manager **** at *************** in the past.

      I am rejecting this response because: my credit score is not that low as of the beginning of August. As stated previously, I am a victim of identity theft and my credit score is changing daily. My score is 596 (transunion) as of today 8/14/2024. By the end of the week to next month my score will have improved even more and will be in a higher FAIR status. After paying for 4 years and not missing a payment, this is nothing but discrimination at this point. Maybe, I should have attached a copy of my identity theft report but no one cared enough to ask nor cared even for a valued customer

      When I purchased the vehicle I was advised I could refinance with Mercedes. Here Im trying to re finance because Im unable to keep the current payments of $932 and would like lower payment. Current loan is upside down by $20k and thats due to dealer selling me the vehicle above market value. Now Im trying to trade in to Mercedes and Im turned down because the loan is more than the car value. I was advised at dealer I purchased it under the market value and they lied to me. They knew I was ignorant on car purchases and I was prayed on. Now Im looking into voluntarily surrender my car because I cannot keep making almost $1k on payments. I only agreed to the loan because I was assured by salesman I would be able to refinance in two years.

      Mercedes Benz Finance is withholding my ************* refund. Previously, I filed a complaint regarding my car note refund, which was resolved. However, I have an unresolved issue with my GAP refund. The Mercedes Benz of Grapevine dealership indicated that the refund would be sent to Mercedes Benz Finance, but I have not received it and should not have been sent to Mercedes Benz. Additionally, I no longer have a loan with Mercedes Benz.Despite my efforts, I have not received any correspondence from Mercedes Benz Finance. I am requesting that someone contact me immediately to resolve this matter.

      I am rejecting this response because the amount listed in the overage is not what I inquired about. I asked about the gap refund from ********** for my 2018 Mercedes Benz. I also inquired why my contract was not canceled until I requested it three years later. Additionally, I requested details as to why the check provided to you was a different amount than what you stated in your correspondence. Finally, I asked for my request to be transferred to a manager as the inquiries I made were not honored or were simply ignored.

      My car was paid off on 6/17/2024 as you will see on the attached document. My auto pay from my Grow financial bill pay sent a payment on July 3 before I had an opportunity to cancel the auto pays. Also attached. I called and spoke with a MB representative requesting the bill pay to be cancelled. She said that it was not possible but they would Fed Ex a refund check as soon as the payment cleared my bank. The payment cleared my back over 14 days ago and I still have not received a refund. I spoke to ***** today who said it she is "sorry" I didn't receive the payment. I asked 4 times to speak to a manager and was finally transferred to ****** who STILL could not tell me when I would receive my money. I was never late for one payment and if this was reversed they would have attacked my credit score with a late payment. They are not entitled to this money and I expect a refund immediately as I have waited 15 days and that is more than sufficient time to refund the money. There is no excuse for holding a customers money that they are not entitled to

      Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to file a formal complaint against MB FIN SVCS regarding an unauthorized account that has been reported on my credit report. Despite my efforts to resolve this issue directly with MB FIN SVCS, the account remains on my report.Details of the unauthorized account are as ******************************** Name: MB FIN SVCS Opened Date: 12/1/2018 Account Number: ************* High **********************: $7,197.00 I have never applied for or opened an account with MB FIN SVCS. This account's presence on my credit report is negatively impacting my credit score and financial standing. I have contacted MB FIN SVCS to dispute this account and provided the necessary documentation to support my claim that this account is fraudulent. Despite my efforts, the account has not been removed from my credit report.I request that the Better Business Bureau investigate this matter and assist in getting this unauthorized account removed from my credit report. MB FIN SVCS should take immediate action to correct this error and ensure that no further unauthorized accounts are reported in my name.Thank you for your assistance in resolving this urgent matter.

      I hope you're well. I'm writing to discuss a late payment on my MERCEDES BENZ FINANCIA account. First and foremost, I'd like to thank you for your attention to this situation and willingness to help resolve it.Unfortunately, recent events have shown that my credit history includes a late payment record. This information was brought to my attention when I applied for a credit card and was denied due to the disparity. Following a careful analysis of my records, I have cause to think that this late payment was incorrect and did not correctly reflect my financial responsibilities.Specifically, I dispute all the late payments associated with MERCEDES BENZ FINANCIA - 500040*******I am confident that I have maintained a diligent approach to managing my finances,and I have no recollection of any missed or late payments concerning this account.It's important to note that, according to 15 USC 1681a (2), the term consumer report excludes a report containing information solely as to transactions or experiences between the consumer and the person making the report.       Mercedez Benz financial CEO *******************, Mercedes Benz auto receivables trust, MBART 2023-1, CUSIP 58770AAA1, ISIN US58770AAA16, promissory note account #************* , I mailed in registered securities to P.O. ************************* on 04/12/2024 and they were also stolen and never given back to me nor does my account as of 06/14/2024 reflect the discharge of the indebtedness. I Addressed my registered securities to ******* that works at the securities department for Mercedes Benz financial. Mercedez Benz financial is doing tax fraud, illegal trading on the secondary market without my permission, ingaging in Ponzi scheme activities , money laundering and more!!! On 06/14/2024 they got my vehicle illegally repossessed, prior to my vehicle being repossessed there was no lien on the vehicle, on my contract that is also false and misleading, I signed an arbitration clause where I agreed to go to arbitration for any dispute including any and all cases of a repossession I was never notified nor did I receive phones or mail about an pre arbitration or of this repossession I cannot take my children to daycare nor school I cant go to the grocery store I cant go to the hospitals if need be because I do not have a vehicle or a means for transportation nor can I got to work! My lively hood is at risk Because Mercedes Benz financial had my car stolen. They are also holding my Manufacture's Certificate of Origin hostage. I also have a lien on my vehicle thats in my name! I told the tow man that and he took my vehicle anyways he never showed me paper work for a repossession he just said Mercedes Benz financial told him to come take the vehicle. I called the police and the police report number is 24-24573. I also have proof of the secondary market illegal trading with Bloomberg screenshots of the illegal trading data, I read their prospectus, 10k, 8k forms and more. I understand They agreed not to sell on secondary market.
