Our company, *****************, leases a vehicle from Mercedes Benz Financial Services (MBFS). On May 30, 2021, our vehicle was being driven by our ********** ************************************ when it was issued a speeding citation by the City of Le ******* **** using an automated camera enforcement system. i.e. a speed camera. On June 24, 2021, ***************** issued a check to the City of Le ****** in the amount of $75.00, which paid this citation in full. The problem is that MBFS continues to **** us for this citation. I have called their customer service department 3 times attempting to dispute this invoice, but they continue to issue us an invoice for $103.50 for this citation. I have even emailed them a copy of the cancelled check 2 times to prove that we have paid this invoice. When I called MBFS customer service today (10/14/2021) the person lied to me and said the citation in question was for a speeding violation that took place in ****************. This vehicle has never been in **.

My vehicle was declared a total loss on or about August 4,2021. My insurance company has been trying to get the letter of guarantee to no avail. So, today, I finally called Mercedes Financial customer service dpt. to find out status of claim to find out that they are not responding to any emails regarding claims. All insurance co.'s must called them directly?! I asked how come this information was not given to our insurance **** She proceeded to say that they do not have the time to email insurance companies???? How on earth were we supposed to know this??? If they don't have the time to tell people??? Along with the fact, that she advised that the car payments must be made until the letter of guarantee is received???? We are now in OCTOBER!!!! Help!!! How can Mercedes be allowed to do this to it's customers??? HELP !!! CRIMINALS!!!!! Furthermore, attached please find emails clearly stating that they have received the claim and are deliberately stalling the payment.
