On or around December 2012 I leased a car and Mercedes Benz Financial Services was the loan provider. After completing the lease there were charges for incidentals which is perfectly fine. I was able to work a payment structure to pay the balance and as of today all liabilities have been completed on my end as of 12/23/2014. They marked my credit bureau profiles as well as my father's who was a co-applicant on the loan negatively the month of completion. I have disputed this with the bureaus more than a few times and on the last dispute of this item specifically with Experian, they created a false payment history that starts October 2018 and moved the final payment showing August of 2020 and hit me with a negative payment **************** 2020. Not only does this effect my Fico but also extends the amount of time before it would drop off of my bureaus based n the 7 year statute of limitations of reportability. I would like this to be corrected and have tried several times please helpBusiness response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I will continue to monitor my credit bureaus and will let all parties know once it is rectified.

I am writing to file a complaint against Mercedes Benz Financial Services. I had a 60 month car loan through them which was paid electronically every month. There was never a missed payment during the life of the loan. However, the last payment was not taken out electronically and I received a **** saying my payment needed to be paid via check. When I called to inquire about the **** I was told that the last payment had to be paid via check to verify my address for the title to be mailed to me. I told customer service that I would send check immediately, which I did. For some reason it appears my check was not posted to my bank account until many days later and subsequently MB reported my payment as late. My credit score was impacted and it dropped 100 points due to this erroneous report. I have called MB to get them to rectify the situation and they have taken no responsibility for creating this issue nor have they taken responsibility for resolving.Business response

2007 R350 paid off April 2012. Received Title but not lien release. Husband died and sent death certificate plus paid fee. Mercedes Benz Financial has still not sent lien release!!! The car is paid off over 8 years ago! Account *************Business response

I just finished my first lease with this company and got into a new one. I prepaid for my maintenance entirely on my first vehicle. When I turned it in I told the dealership the maintenance still needed to be done which they said shouldnt be an issue because I pre-paid. Mercedes benz financial is charging me $380 because I didnt do it. When I call them they informed me that they do not value their customers nor do they care to resolve my issue. I am 27 years old on my second benz lease and will never work with this company again if they do no resolve this ASAP. Furthermore, I recorded the phone calls on my end of them telling me they dont value a retuning customer which is pretty harsh to hear. I would not recommend leasing with them youre better off going with Audi or *** they treat their customers with value and respect and dont try to haggle over $380.Customer response
