Okay, here goes. I went through this company a few years back, got a huge break with my interest, monthly payments, and the process was smooth as butter. Ohhh but this time. This time, this time! Everything was going well until the signature on my drivers license (the same that I used a few years back) and the signature on my power of attorney document, didnt match. NOW, the one on my license was signed with my finger on an electronic keypad and was also cut off during the printing process I assume, but that didnt matter to this company. They rejected me I believe 4-5 times and had me send in this same form until it looked like the gibberish on my license. I wanted to give up many times but *******************************, who had to feel my wrath each time she called to tell me I had to resign and resend it, was very nice, calm, patient, and encouraged me not to give up because at this point, I had mentally checked out, but I was so close to the end of the process. I loaded up my printer with ink and paper and sent them MULTIPLE copies, signing each form a different way, and was ready for them to reject that batch because I was gonna send 10 more until, lo and behold, we had a winner! I think they need to update that process because it was awful and stressed me the h*** out. ****** kept me going and she deserves any and every reward possible within that company because she had to hear my foul language each time that power of attorney form was rejected because my signature didnt match down to the loop. I even had to write it with it missing the top of my T in my name. So dumb. Everything else was fine and smooth EXCEPT for that annoying part but again, the only reason you have my business is ******. Take care of her and give her what she deserves because she is wonderful. Shes gonna remember me forever Im sure lol.OpenRoad Lending, LLC

I was very cautious when I first applied. I did alot of research to make sure it wasn't a scam. After I was sure it was legit, it went very fast. They make sure you have everything you need and understand completely. I am definitely saving money. I would recommend Openroad Lending to everyone.OpenRoad Lending, LLC

Overall, refinancing my auto loan through OpenRoad was a smooth process.For me, initiating the refinance was a speedy process that was fairly easy to complete. Honestly, the only thing that threw me off a bit was the fact that OpenRoad is basically just a middle man company. I was not aware of this when I began the refinance process. I was under the impression that OpenRoad was the actual company I was refinancing with, meaning that they would be the ones I would make my payment to. About a week after the process was finalized, I got a letter in the mail communicating with me the details of the company with whom I've actually refinanced. At first, I was upset by this because, as stated previously, I was not made aware that OpenRoad was just a middle man. So, honestly I felt like I had been tricked and became immediately skeptical of this and what it could mean. I am to make my first payment with the new company next week so we'll see how it goes. As for OpenRoad, my only suggestion would be that it probably wouldn't be a bad idea to be a little more open about this fact. Knowing that they are just a middle man is not an automatic deterrent (at least not for me). Also, it would have saved me a little anxiety and would have made me trusted them a little more as a company. For the record, I feel it is necessary to note that I was told by a rep from OpenRoad that these details were communicated with me at the beginning (specifically, they were included in the contract that I signed to initiate the refinance), But, unfortunately I did not pay enough attention. Shout out to our **** Care Agent, ***********************; She was super helpful and very pleasant to speak with.OpenRoad Lending, LLC

Refinanced my loan with Open Road Lending, with less than perfect credit, to my surprise they cut my interest rate in half, and kept me in the loop the entire way.
