    This is such a scam!! ******. My guess is they are preying on senior citizens. I received a fake official letter from them saying it was my final notice and to call immediately so that I didnt get any lapse in coverage. I have no coverage from them ever. This is a scam and wire fraud. If I get another letter, I will report them to the ***. This company needs to be put out of business. They have no moral compass.

    Hello ********************* you are having a wonderful day. We are not a scam, we are a real company that has REAL policy holders and pay REAL claims. We do not discriminate on the age of our policy holders, we do not ask their age when they call in to purchase a policy. If a person is already covered when they call in, we update our records so we don't continue to send them advertisements. Luckily, I found your information in our system and added you to our internal do not contact list, that will take approximately 6 - 8 weeks for the mail cycle to update, so you may receive another letter in the meantime. If you receive another letter, do as I do with advertisements I am not interested in and throw it in the trash. I would also recommend going on the *** website and adding yourself to the do not contact list so you don't get advertisements from other companies.     My 92 year old mother received a deceptive letter stating she had to renew her warranty and this was the final attempt to notify, insinuating that she had a warranty through Tribus and that they had been trying to contact her. Neither is true. She lives in a furnished apartment, but the scam artists don't care as long as they get her money.There a special room in h*** for people like this ...

    Hello Mr. ******* the letter your mother received does not state that she has to do anything. If the recipient is not interested, we simply request a call so we can update our system, which allow us to stop sending advertisements. We do not know the age of the recipient of the advertisement or if she owns her own appliances. There is no need to be rude. I will be happy to remove her from our list if you can provide her name and address with zip code that was on the mailer.

    Hello Mr. ******** I am sorry you are dissatisfied. You called in on 8/6/2024 inquiring about the claims process, you informed you we could collect your service fee and find a servicer for you or you could find your preferred servicer and we would reimburse you, you chose to find the provider on your own. We did not hear back from you until 8/12/2024, at that time we approved your claim and paid the provider the same day.

    My mom, ***************************, died back in June of this year, and my mom's home was gifted to me, they are still trying to tell my mom that her warranty is expired. I let it expire! I have blacklisted this company, as their service does me no good anyway. STOP CONTACTING US!

    Hello Mr. Fowble, I do not have a contact under your mothers name, only yours. And we have only sent you one mailer to since 2014. I have added that contact to our internal do not contact list. I believe you are probably getting advertisements from a different company not just us. If you could provide the Record or Property ID on the mailer you received, I would be have to research the issue further. Have a wonderful day sir.

    My mother in law got a final notice about a home warranty that is expiring. to call immediately to ensure no lapse of payment.The awful truth is that my in-laws have moved into my house, in an in-law suite. It is my address and we never and they have never been talking to Tribus Home Warranty about their coverage for this house.This is elder abuse, and it needs to be dealt with. Without us being there to read their mail, they would have called and paid for something they don't need.

    ******************, I apologize for the mailing error. Since your mother in law recently moved as you stated, she probably populated in the data. If she had called our agents we would have updated her profile to "do not sell", as she lives with you. I would be happy to remove her from our internal mailing list if you can provide the address and name on the mailer. As for your statement of elder abuse, we do not know how old the recipient's of our advertisements are, that would be discrimination on our part. We have policy holders of all ages.

    TERRIBLE!! We have paid 75$ for our washer making a loud grinding noise, advised them the parts UNDER the washer need replacing and they replaced something that wasn't the issue saying "it's supposed to sound like that." Paid our co-pay for the microwave to be looked at same day as the washer and they said nothing they could do as the food was d/c after they were called out due to a fire hazard, and what do they do, move one rack pronge from the back to the front and called it a day. My dad had to order new parts. Why did I have to pay 75$ for 2 visits at the same time, same day? Also just paid 75$ again, took them several days to call back to schedule, then they send a NON-CONTRACTED company and tell me I need to call them and get my quote for a garbage disposal. Why am i doing their job? This company is terrible and so slow, nothing they have done out of the 3 visits were even worth 75$ looking g into canceling this policy and requesting a refund. NO ONE THERE KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING!! TERRIBLE!!!

    **************, I am sorry we have not met your expectations. Unfortunately since we are a small company, we do not have a contract with any servicer provider. We look for a reputable servicer just as you would, sometimes adding three parties to the process complicates them. For the claims. On April 1st, we paid out 3 claims for you to Mr. ********** Ice Maker - $641.31, Microwave - $250., and Washer $515.24. We were not made aware that you were dissatisfied with the washing machine repair until you called in a new claim for your garbage disposal on 7/23/24. Currently we are awaiting the invoice for the garbage disposal replacement.

    CR was very rude and would not let me me cancel policy. He said I was not the one that they have recorded, but I am the one on the paper work and homeowner. Bought under false pretenses that **URGENT MAILER You have not paid your ***** ****** contact us** ** Policy had expired, was past due, and need to reinstate** this had nothing to do with my HO policy through local insurance. Was scammed out of $$ thinking I owed.

    Hello ********, you called in stating that you were *****, the policy holder and requested to cancel the policy. By your caller ID and voice, the agent knew you were not *****. By law we are required to speak with the policy holder for cancellation request, get their authorization to speak with someone else on their behalf, or have a POA. I am sorry you felt our agent was rude by following the law. We never sent your mother a past due notice as she did not have a past due policy with us. ************** called in to purchase the policy and she clearly has a different voice than you. We are happy to facilitate the cancellation of a policy when we are dealing with honest parties. ******* at our agent for doing his job is rude as well. Our agent did make contact with your mother after his call with you and cancelled the policy for her and she will be receiving her down payment back via *****
