    It was my last day of vacation, actually my birthday evening. We just needed somewhere to stay. I booked the room and when I got called into it I thought I walked into a meth lab. It gave me crazy home vibes. I immediately walked out and canceled the room. The lady at the desk told me the manager would be in the next morning. So I called on my way back home. She was literally the rudest most unprofessional agent *** ever dealt with. I was appalled at her answers and response. She definitely wouldnt be a superb of my business if she was the last person alive, I still havent received my refund. I have had to jump through hurdles and hoops with no results. I will never return or recommend this to any one. I also will be reporting to the BBB and OSHA!

    I reserved reservations for 02/04/23 to 02/06/23 thru Priceline due to the Winter Ice Storm that knocked out our power since 4am on 02/01/23. I went to the hotel, immediately walking into the office, it reeked strong gasoline smell. I immediately expressed my concern, the clerk stated there was a gas leak on one of their generators. I informed her that I was concerned for our safety-she said the generator has been removed and pulled to the back. We go to the room 332, immediately We noticed the broken glass window next door w/ glass all over the ground; We open the door and immediately noticed the smoke detector is chirping loud; We see bugs; and we see the sit down shower stall- there is a long rectangular patch along the floor with dirt around the patch on the shower ground. Feeling very unsafe and uncomfortable, I IMMEDIATELY return back to the office and inform her of the safety concerns. The clerk offers another room. I stated only if the room is way better than what we just experienced. She assigns us room 337, she said if that doesn't work to return and that she would approve my money back thru Priceline. We went to the room, had a hard time opening it. I noticed the light was on and finally pushed it open. The room was non-vacant-the bed sheets were folded back as if someone just jumped out. I closed the door immediately and returned to the clerk. She stated to contact Priceline and that she would approve my cancelation/refund. I contacted Priceline on the way to the car. They called her numerous times but she never answered.- I informed Priceline that she was alone and got busy. They tried again next day-******* (Asst **** only issued partial refund-stated Manager "Jan" had to issue full refund to call next day 2/6/23 to both me and Priceline. ******* was very rude and even hung up on me. Called Mgr Jan twice on 2/6/23, left msg and has not returned my calls. Still no resolution, call or full refund.
