    I schedule a cleaning with Grime Scene Investigators: Cleaning & Organizing for Monday, 8/7. The owner, ******, confirmed this date through FB messenger. That was my second rescheduled date. The initial date, 7/24, was rescheduled due to her being sick and on the rescheduled date 8/2, she did not show because she put me down on the wrong day. We then rescheduled for Mon., 8/7. That morning, after an hour late, I messaged her at 09:23, for an update and she replied that they were stuck in traffic due to an accident, but en route. At 12:33 pm, I asked for an update and she said they were still in traffic. At this point, I asked to cancel and requested my deposit back. She said they were en route and if I canceled, it was a cancellation fee for their time and gas. She said that they were on their way and to be patient and understanding. Before I reached out for an update, they never messaged/called, although she said they tried their best to reach me (she has my messenger and phone number). Two hours later, at 2:26 pm., I asked for another update with no response. At 4:39 pm, after not hearing from or seeing them, I sent a message requesting my deposit. At 5:27 pm, (9 hrs/27 mins after they were supposed to arrive), she sent a FB message saying her team had come by and knocked w/no answer. We have ring cameras and none of them showed anyone coming to our home. And if they had showed, they never rang the doorbell, messaged or called me and she has my contact information. She stated that she would not send the deposit back, it would be used for final cancellation, even though I didn't cancel, she did. She called me rude and immediately blocked me on FB and phone. All I want is my deposit. There was poor communication and customer service with no work performed. At no time on 8/7, she initiated contact. I had to contact them multiple times for updates. I sent a deposit on 7/21 ($67.50). I'm attaching all messages along with proof of deposit. Thank you!

    I posted that I needed a one time deep clean on my home. It was my Mother's Day gift from my husband and also we are getting our home ready to sell. ****** reached out to me and I decided to hire her. They had good reviews. The day of the cleaning (May 13th) I woke up, got myself and my boys ready and made plans for the day. The cleaning was suppose to start at 8am, we waited, called and heard nothing. Around 9:45am we finally heard there was a medical emergency and they were unable to make it. Which is fine, it happens! No worries. I wish there was better communication.We rescheduled the cleaning for May 16th at 8am. I was informed the lady would get here around 9:15am. I was expecting them at 8am. I woke up and got my 2 and 3 year old fed and ready. Come to find out the lady had to drop her kids off at school, ok that's fine. I wish I would have been told that before hand.She didn't get to my house until 9:34. I live in a 3 bed 2 bath ***** Sq. Ft. Home. I picked up all my kid toys, my house was spotless of clutter. It was ready for a deep clean. It took her 6 hours to clean my home.Below I will attach what I was told to expect along with the texts from the owner of the company and the photos of my house after the cleaner left.I was never hostile to this lady, she never even tried to make it right. I keep walking around my home and find dirt everywhere. She made me feel like my house was nasty and that I don't know how to clean or the amount of work cleaning a home is. I spend more time cleaning my airbnb than my home and she basically told me that doesn't count. I'm a nice person but extremely frustrated with the work that was done. I then made a review on ********* She has then harassed me and has threatened to take me to court. I had to block her so unfortunately I don't have those threats saved. I have also had an ex employee reach out to me saying they never got paid and she talks poorly about her customers to everyone. I would like a FULL refund.
