      The modular home we purchased in August has been on property for 6 months now, half way through the stated warranty period. While my wife and I have only been able to live in the home for 1.5 of those months, there have been a myriad of issues that we have been in contact with Legacy Housing and *********** homes about, many of which have still not been addressed. It has been 3 months since we started the conversations surrounding the malfunctioning ****, and nothing has been resolved. ********** submitted a report over 4 weeks ago about the static pressure issue and I have not heard anything from anyone at Legacy Housing about what will be done to address this issue. According to Stylecrest, this will become a serious problem when we need to start utilizing the cold AC as the coils will simply freeze up and be non-functional. Currently, the **** system routinely fails requiring me to cycle the breakers to re-start it. This is especially problematic when the nights are well below freezing and I wake up to a house that is 55 degrees inside. Additionally, when other repairs were being conducted by my install team, they discovered that the guest bathroom piping was not installed correctly causing a leak to persist behind the wall. This caused minor water damage and mold that had to be removed. Legacy Housing needs to get out here and repair the **** unit immediately. I am also requesting a refund for the over four months of mortgage payments we made on a house that was in an unlivable condition due to the back door being completely shattered and the non-functional **** system. The door was not addressed for 4 months, and the **** is still an open issue.

      I purchased my home from Heritage Housing in ******, **. Which I should have known better because every time I went to give them money or sign paperwork they changed the information. The sales person I spoke with even quit because the company was not doing the right thing. To begin with they delivered the wrong house and would not make it right because the delivery person was a third party. When delivered the tires were blown on the back and it has caused major damage to the home. I have tried to tell them but they do not want to hear it. The biggest issue this year I made a payment in December of 480$ then in February a payment of ****** then in April 1000$ In receiving my monthly statements I noticed that the payments were not being reflected, so I called the office and spoke to ******. She told me that she put my payments on another account because they were not the amount that she wanted to receive. And that she would not correct it. So I did not make another payment because I was afraid it would not get put on my account, now in 15 days they are coming to get my house that I have paid over ****** on already. She will not let me speak to any other person in the company to express my issues and I do have receipts of the payments made. So what do I do, who can help me? I have even asked if I could make double payments each month to get caught up and she will not budge.

      Been in the house for about 3 months, roof leaked causing water damage...roof fixed without water damage ever being inspected. Discovered a water leak in master bathroom caused by staples in both hot and cold water lines from the manufacturer in ** resulting in mold, mildew and other water damages (trim, floor, wall studs, door frame, floor insulation, wall itself among other issues with the house). Underwent a major sinus surgery and had to do recovery with mold from the water damage in the house, Told multiple people between Haritage Homes and their parent company Legacy Housing Corporation about said surgery *** issues with no response. Trim still needs caulked around entire house both bathrooms need caulked, main bathroom tub has needed fixed since delivery, exterior electrical outlet still needs replaced since delivery, insulation under house needs replaced and holes in the lining under house caused by their contractors needs repaired, window screens to be replaced from being bent by delivery contractors. Problems that have been mentioned have yet to be addressed

      Purchased the mobile home less than a year ago and have had so many problems in this time. Things we noticed right away were that master bathroom sink had no cold water, the kitchen sink was leaking, trimming coming off the walls, the front door k*** was bent the back door did not close correctly and then we started noticing that the "kids" bathroom shower started leaking under the house and into the walls so we had them stop using it. After that we noticed the floors starting to bubble up and find weak soft spots. Contacted the Legacy and took a super long time to get a repairman out to our home, he cut out the wall in my sons room to repair the shower. You could see mold growing in the wall already. ( I took pictures) He did not fix this. He "tried" to fix the bathroom sink he could not figure out how to fix that as well so he left and said he had to come back after he got some supplies. We tried over and over to contact Legacy to fix these items and we could not get any help. It took lots of emails back and forth, text messages and ignored phone calls. We finally had someone come out a couple weeks ago. He fixed the bathroom shower, he replaced the wall in my sons room, he just covered the molded inside wall. Then he worked on the other things. When it came to the floors he was reluctant to work on them without telling us what he was told to do. He stated that the manager told him to just do some patch work. That he was supposed to make a hole in the middle of my Livingroom floor and attach some bolt to pull down on the bubbling, then just patch up all the soft spots. He stated it was up to us. We said NO! We wanted it fixed correctly. He even stated he did not think it would not fix the problem and the he has never seen a floor bubble up like this before and it is a bad situation. So once again we are being ignored by Legacy and want them to fix the Lemon of a house the built for us. This is not right business work ethics.

      Lets start with the manger of the Tulsa Location (Heritage Housing). I won't say his name because ****** will remove this review but he is full of "Bull". He quoted everything line item by line item, from the skirting to AC and how much of my money would go to each item. Then we get to the actual install and he wouldn't pay what he quoted. He stated he "would never quote skirting that high" but I have it in writing. He then stated that was just a quote and not what I bought but no other changes were made on my closing documents. Then there was the issue of getting a hold of him. I would try numerous times over weeks before I got him on the phone. This was a common occurrence. The person they used to do the roof, didn't put the ridge cap on and we had leaks from day 1 and still have damage from that. He hired to cheapest guys in town and to move it and put the ridge cap on and they were not qualified to do the ridge cap. These are just some of the issues with him. The list is longer than I have space to write. Eventually I found his boss in OKC. It took a lot of hunting to get ahold of this guy. He isn't much better. again promises, promises, promises, but no follow through. Currently the house is over 1 year old and I have been trying to get warranty repairs for several months. 2 weeks ago the warranty repair guy just forgot he scheduled me and yesterday he sent a crew with no parts and I don't mean that facetiously. They didn't have 1 single part for the 19 problems with my house. Yes there are 19 on the list. Including both front and rear doors rusting. The master bedroom door is not square and has a huge gap that slims out as it gets to the other side, the kitchen countertop is not square, the vent fan in the laundry room is so loud that its unusable, I have a huge sag in the celling of the master bedroom. You can see through the paint on the house. Lots of water damage from the leaky roof.

      Legacy is not excepting my payment and on there notice says that I can make payments on past due mortgage payment but I'm 60 days late so far and was trying to pay partial payment which paperwork they sent me is allowed but closed my account so I can not make payments online they are falsely making me late on payments so I can far behind and they can use the excuses of no payment at the courts very upsetting that this company takes a down payment for ****** up front and been paying for 7 months and fell behind but now have the money to pay but don't take it

      am writing to express my deep concern regarding unresolved issues with my home purchased from Legacy Housing Corporation. Despite multiple attempts to communicate and seek resolution, the situation remains dire.Since purchasing my home, I have encountered critical issues:Front and back doors that do not close properly, causing water leaks.Roof leaks, leading to water damage inside walls.Poor energy efficiency.Severe plumbing issues preventing the use of showers and causing drainage problems.Melting kitchen sink putty, leading to leaks.Extensive damage and detachment of putty throughout the home.Cracks in the ceiling and walls.Misalignment of doors, windows, lumps in the floor, and poorly spackled holes.Potential mold growth due to water infiltration, posing health risks.Incomplete and substandard workmanship, including misaligned plugs, gaps behind cabinets, and protruding nails and staples.Despite my efforts to address these concerns with Legacy Housing Corporation and the ******************************************************* there has been no satisfactory resolution. I have documented these issues through written communication and video evidence, clearly demonstrating the severity of the situation. As of this date, my home is deteriorating further and becoming more dangerous for my family and me. The lack of response and remediation from Legacy Housing Corporation has left us in an untenable living situation.Despite numerous communications via text, phone calls, and emails to Legacy Housing Corporation and their contracted helpers, there has been minimal response. Additionally, I have still not received the manual for my home, which is essential for addressing many of these issues.This complaint will be included in my legal actions, as it highlights the extensive and ongoing communication failures by Legacy Housing Corporation. This is my final attempt before seeking legal alternatives.

      I have purchased this home back on 2017 and from there it has been a roller coaster Im tired of this company I have a repair that I couldnt get done due to papers work and etc. Back on March 20, 2020 it has been 4 years with this situation. I have hired a contractor to start on my repairs and this company dont want to send the check to the contractor because they have policies which is **** stupid because Im struggling to get this repairs done asap this mobile home is infested of mold all the walls kitchen bedroom restroom.. No contracted would start a process before having a down deposit to secure their payment.. I regret buying from this stupid company and all the employees are rude they laugh about the situation its discrimination what they doing I have toddlers, and a baby and this home is no safety living inside this home and yes I waited 4 years because this company had me back and forth and Im tired.

      I purchased a mobile home from this company in June of this year and have been waiting for set up and inspections to be completed in order to live in the home. There seems to be too much delay in this process as it has been 5 months, 3 months sitting in its current location. The initial inspection was completed September 20 with minimal work finished, resulting in a failed inspection. Lack of communication has been a major problem with this concern addressed multiple times, and dishonesty has been observed. I am paying for the home as well as funding another residence while waiting for them to complete their part. This has been very financially stressing, as well as many personal obstacles .The delay seems to be intentional, with actions such as taking a week before starting to even process an application for inspection. I have paid *******+ just in mortgage

      We purchased a trailer/building from Legacy Housing ******, LA, August 2023, that had repairs to be completed.None of the repairs have been completed nor has the company answered any phone calls. Went to their office and the Sales manager hid from us. We paid for skirting and steps that haven't been delivered as well!

      Legacy Housing will uphold it's duty under it's limited one year manufacturing warranty. Legacy's service manager confirmed that there was a service time slot scheduled for the customer, but it will be in 2 weeks time from today. Skirting and stairs are under the dealer's obligation and should be taken to it's management team.
