    On 7/7/2022 I took my 2018 ****** Impreza to get an oil change at Kwik Kar at ************************************************************************** owned by ********************************* ******. Upon leaving the location my car was shaking violently under acceleration and deceleration. I drove less than 1 mile and returned to the Kwik Kar location. Upon ****************** ****** told me nothing was wrong but was clearly doing something under the car. After multiple requests as to what he was doing, ****** advised that his tech had drained the transmission and failed to re-fill and further failed to add engine oil to the vehicle. ****** advised that he refilled the transmission fluid. After 4-6 weeks of driving the car I noticed that it felt like it was missing gears when driving under 20 miles per hour. ****** advised that they would take care of the issue and I took the car to Multistate transmission as advised by ******. Multistate advised that the transmission was low on fluid and they completed a transmission service which consisted of a flush and refill (transmission was roughly 2 quarts low) .The car's handling was noticeably improved after filling to the required capacity which Kwik Kar failed to do. Several weeks later, the car is now shaking and lurching forward at low speeds roughly 10% of the time indicating further issues with the transmission and ****** at Kwik Kar has advised (after much cursing and name calling, yeah, seriously) That they are not responsible since they paid for the fluid refill.

    On 7/7/2022 ******************* brought his 2018 ****** Impreza in for a full service oil change, the mileage at the time of the service was *****. Our Tech mistakeably drained the transmission fluid and overfilled the  motor oil. ************** stated that he drove 1/4 of a mile when he realized that something was wrong, where he returned to the shop and we discovered our mistake. We drained the  the motor oil and refilled with the correct amount of oil, we also refilled his transmission to the correct level. ************** left the location and we did not here from him again until October 19th. ************** returned to our location and said he was having problems with his transmission. Store Manager *********************** told him that he would have to check with our owner to see what steps we would do. ****** called ************** the next day and gave him the name of a reputable transmission shop and told him to take the car there and we would pay to have diagnostic's completed on the car and we would pay for that. ************** waited two weeks before he took the car  to the Transmission repair shop to have the diagnostics completed on the car with the mileage ***** a difference of **** miles. *** transmission shop was Multistate Transmission where the car remained for a week and the diagnostics were completed. *** reported the car was low on transmission fluid and added three quarts of transmission oil. ************** stated to Multistate Transmission that the car made a loud noise in reverse, and at hard right turns, and this also happened when the car was cold. Multistate was not able to find any thing wrong with the vehicle or make it duplicate  things ************** Stated it was doing, and returned it to **************. On November 17,2022 ************** called our shop and spoke with me wanting for us to provide him with a rental car I was not familiar with what he was talking about, at this point ************** started yelling and cursing at me a senior citizen ( yes Seriously). I told him that I would need to check with management to see what they wanted do. We informed ************** that management did what we  told him we would do and that we were not doing any thing else. At this point ************** came back to our shop and again started yelling, screaming cursing at all of the employees, he was also beating his fist on our counter. ************** was asked to leave our location and was still yelling and cursing our employees as he left the premises.
