This is the worst ace to do business with. They I worked with ******************************* who lack morals and integrity they sold me the 2022 Elicpse Sport w/o disclosing that it is #1 on the list thrives target for the catalytic converter. It happened ro me less than 4 months aft my purchase. ***** told me he would trade me out of it bust I paid ro have it repaired drove over an hour to the dealership just to be lied too. These 3 ppl treated me less than Han bc I was a woman and alone. and did nothing g to help me. ***** ask ro take care of my has but put less than 1/2 half tank of gas I really hope they go out of business and these 3 lose their jobs..Business response

This customer did buy a New ********************** Eclipse from us, however following the sale of the vehicle, her vehicle's catalytic converter was stolen off of the vehicle. She was a victim of theft, which the dealership and/or any of its representatives had anything to do with. As a courtesy only, our sales rep brought the customer back to the dealership to see if we could trade her into another vehicle.
However, due to the customer's poor credit score rating and the initial vehicle transaction being 4 months old, we were unable to accommodate getting her into another vehicle at that time.

The vehicle we got had a scratch on the windshield that was hidden from us until after the paperwork was done and a large scrap on the hood with a dent all of the sales and service were aware but never mentioned it until I said something so I decided to do financing through my bank since I have to pay to have the hood redone but they refused to call me back they have ignored all of my messages and attempts to contact them I have been told several times that they would call me back but nothing they are so unprofessional I would like to have contact with the owner to get something doneBusiness response
