    I called and placed a order over the phone for a order of chicken tenders only she asked me what drink I want I said no drink chicken only.. by the end of the call the girl gave me a total for a combo so when I corrected her she said oh I already put it in I said ok well I only ordered the chicken maam and she hung up I was already on my way when I got there the girl was so unprofessional I told her the name on my order and let her know she never gave me a total she just hung up.. she then proceeded to give me the combo order I politely correct her again and state i only got the chicken tenders she said I put it in already I said what that got to do with me? I know what I said and what I keep correcting and what Im paying for she proceeded to roll her eyes as she is in the middle of assisting me a Mexican gentleman walks in she completely cut me off and began to speak Spanish to him I was taken back and stood there shocked for about ********************************************************************************************************************* and I said it again and the customer had to let her know to go ahead and continue helping me instead she blew her breathe and came back like I was not spending MY money I never experienced nothing like that and it was pure prejudice because her whole demeanor and attitude changed when she was talking to the Hispanic man what makes this worst is I went to speak to the manager about this behavior since I frequent this location often for the team member to get a coaching opportunity and **** the manager was the rudest nastiest person I ever encountered in a manager position he cut me off and began to aggressively yell he walked off and flipped me off I have this all on camera he continued to be dismissive and as I was leaving he began taunting yelling thats what I thought as I opened the door he came and snatched it and began cursing and yelling as I was leaving
